Location was great - right in Getsemani but away from the noise. Taxis could easily pickup and drop off. Staff - super friendly and helpful. I could leave my luggage for two nights while traveling to the islands. Breakfast - was good, basic Columbian bf. Friendly ladies at breakfast. Breakfast on the terrace. Room spacious. Air conditioning efficient. No mosquitos (end of March) Great internet. I booked an extra night because it was convenient and I could leave my bag. However - keep in mind it's a budget hotel. Good for sólo travelers. Felt very safe.

Shower / water rather on the cool side. But ok when it's hot outside. Ground floor rooms have a window (shutters) to the patio - I left it mostly closed to avoid insects and heat coming in - which also meant no natural light. All in all not much to complain about.

The people were nice, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfasts were hardy and the room was simple and clean but where this place really shines is in the location. It’s in the middle of the action, with restaurants just a few blocks away and the streets lined with bars, yet our room was silent and —with the windows closed— pitch black throughout the day and evening. Air conditioner worked great as well! A great place to land, especially as we’re getting over jet lag.

It was not the most updated property I’ve ever stayed at but the silence and location made it well worth the price

Great location - a few mins walk from everything but on a quiet street. Our room was back from the road also - there were no proper windows but that didn't bother us, meant it was nice and quiet at night. Air conditioning was excellent and very welcome! Breakfast was delicious with slightly different things each day to change it up slightly. Staff were friendly.

The shower was meant to have hot water, warm water and then room temperature water, but both the hot and warm were too hot to stand under, so could only have a cold shower. Thankfully it's so hot in Cartagena that it was nice to cool down!

The room is very clean. AC is already turned on before my arrival, which I appreciate. The breakfast is over expectations. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient - located in the centre of Getsemani - the old town, Manga, the fort are all in walking distance and loads of food nearby.

You have to press doorbell for the first entry and it may take some time for the staff to answer the door. And just personal preference - I don’t like that the bed is facing the AC.

The location is perfect! Just a couple of blocks from the center of Getsemaní a happening area in Cartagena. Although is only a couple of blocks from the action, the street where Zana is located is quiet allowing to have a good night sleep. The staff is SUPER friendly, they get you anything you need, they call for reliable transportation, they suggest great places to eat and see, they serve a wonderful breakfast and keep the entire place spotless

The room was a bit small but no major complaint for the price I paid. This is a place to stay for smaller budgets and it met all my needs.

I spent 3 nights here. The location is close to the city center. The rooftop breakfast is pretty nice. The receptionist is very helpful. She facilitated a conversation with the simcard vendor so that I finally got my simcard purchase and set up ready.

Great location . And quiet . Good a/c and WiFi. The room I stayed in was toward the back of the property which I’m sure helped with the noise. Other guests were loud in the hallway-which was like an echo chamber . Can’t beat the location in Getsamani .Overall good for a quick stay . Checked out before breakfast so I can’t comment on that

The location of the hotel is perfect for walking trips to every part of Old Town and the marina. It has quite a lot of options almost just outside its door.

As with most hotel rooms in Colombia it has no view at all. This is because of the design of the houses that have an internal yard and every room is facing there. It is not a fault of any hotel that I've been to in the country.

The front desk was very helpful with every question I had, breakfast was fantastic every day (shout out to Neva and Margara!), and my bed was very comfy and room was well air-conditioned!

Minor nitpick: bathroom door in my room didn't close completely (which was fine for me since I was travelling alone but is worth mentioning)
