Good breakfast and coffee. Basic hotel with basic rooms. Good for business travel and quick stay on the way but not a destination. Bed was good and then there was desk and chair.

All was good for my purpose. I had a small (smaller than dime) stain in one of my sheets. but as that was other side of the bed than where I slept, I did not care.

The breakfast was great, we loved the fresh colombian 'arepas' we had every morning. The location is not bad, its a safe zone but you have to take a cab if you want to move to the most visited places as a tourist, short distances of course, maybe 10 minutes.

It felt a little tense when the director/ manager was on the property. No airco in the Lobby and not enough comfortable place to chill in the lobby.

The big and spacious room, cleanness, very friendly personnel, excellent air conditioning, good wifi, the buffet breakfast. It is a contemporaneous hotel.

The location is not the best. However, it isn't too far from the center of Cartagena and it is near of Caribe Plaza Mall.

Staff at this hotel is super professional and very friendly. They make you feel welcome and appreciated as guest. Hotel is very clean , good breakfast and comfortable overall. The location was good for us to either walk to the walled city (40min) or take a super affordable quick taxi ride (15min).

Everything was great

The room was very clean and the attention of the personel was amazing. Even though some days there were not many options at breakfast for us as vegans, they managed to make some things out of menu for us. We really appreciate their kindness and their willigness to make us feel as comfortable as possible.

The lack of vegan options at breakfast. Some days they didn't even have vegetable milk. That's an option they manage, however you need to ask for it, so many people don't know it and as a result the demand for this option is low.

The breakfast was ok . However for transportation I think they should have some taxi men available to the hotel with a standard cost in fare. We were really disappointed with the difference in fare for the same distance & location

Pool opening hours should be later

Very friendly staff and good location if you need to be near the port. The team were also able to help us park outside as our vehicle was too high for the garage.

During the booking, I humbly requested to see a possibility to decorate our room for our wedding anniversary. The hotel staffs did a wonderful job decorating the room and helped me out to keeping the surprise till my wife opened the room. This Hotel exceeded our expectations: staffs were friendly, breakfast buffet was good, the view from the breakfast place to the port was great. Whenever we are in Cartagena, we will be looking to book this hotel.

The narrow steep parking garage entrance was challenging to me. So we decided not to take the car out regularly.

Everything in the hotel is perfect. Pool view is great, the room is comfortable, the customer service of the people in the hotel is great
