The property is beautiful and looks like a Colombian finca turned into hotel. The room and place is clean. We had a nice garden and pool view room in the back. The pool and landscaping looks very nice. There where banana trees, and I believe a birdwatch tower. In the morning you hear the bird screaming for food. The housekeeper lady was very kind and helpfull. The landlord was also nice and helpfull. I went for a morning run and the surrounds is very green and beautiful. Close by there are restaurants, and a mini market. I felt safe. Its on the road reaching Buga. It looks like a hotel for passing threw travelers who need a place to crash and move on in the morning.

The room was kinda small and the bed was hard. Breakfast was 6 to 9 in the morning, for me a little to early. After that you couldn’t get breakfast. Lunch and dinner you had to order off property. The wifi didn’t reach in our room with the garden view in the back. The wifi was stronger in the front of the hotel. The water to shower in Buga is cold and there was no warm water.

The facilities are great, but they don't have enough personnel to take care of the whole place. The manager said this was because of the pandemic, which is understandable.

The price is definitely ridiculous in relation to what they offer. The room had tape all over the ceiling which shows that the cleanliness is not good. The jacuzzi, the Turkish bath and the hot water didn't work and the explanation the manager gave us was that they had hosted a party a few days ago and they had broken the facilities. There was no restaurant service so you couldn't order anything to eat.
