Everything about the property is top-from the pool that is second to none the Koi pond that surrounds you swimming in the pool. It’s just exceptional architecture. Eco system is thriving. The scenery is spectacular. Everything about the property will blow anybody’s mind just tranquil. They have boats jet skis available on demand to rent just an exceptional place. If you ever have a chance to come this is the place to stay hands-down.

Everything the staff the rooms the Jacuzzi is on the deck of the room overlooking the lake. The pool area is a mindblower breakfast included, exceptional buffet, exceptional staff you would expect nothing less from a place like this and great value.

The hotel is beautiful, with amazing views. Breakfast is included and served buffet style. The two restaurants have great food options that taste wonderful and were (in our opinion) very affordable for the quality. The staff is very responsive and alert to your needs. /you can get a free tuktuk to the restaurant, and transportation from the hotel to Guatape town is not that expensive should you want to explore it during the day.

When we stayed, two of the four rock jacuzzis were not working correctly. This is a popular thing to do (catch the views in the jacuzzi), and even with a reservation, you weren't guaranteed to get the right one. You had to be there and alert to jump in when someone left. Also, the hotel was not as full when we were there, and they were still setting a minimum consumption limit for the VIP firepit and the cabanas, which was a bit unnecessary since no one else was using them. Also, since you're staying a bit far from town, I'd say having the restaurant open later would be great. You can get room service, but the menu is a bit more limited.

We had a great stay. The service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wonderful variety that I really enjoyed. My room was comfortable, and the views were stunning. The pool and hot tub area were beautiful, and the poolside service made it even better. Highly recommend!

There were a few things that could use improvements. The road leading to the hotel is unpaved and feels a bit neglected, which is unexpected for such a nice property. Additionally, the shower water turned cold after about 15 minutes, which was a bit frustrating. It would also be great if breakfast started earlier than 8:00 AM. While I appreciate the relaxed vibe, an earlier breakfast would be helpful for guests wanting to explore the area. Overall, a lovely stay, but these tweaks would make it even better.

The beautiful facilities, water pressure, temp.

The road to get to the facilities is un-paved and harsh to traverse. When it rains it's a mud filled slipperry rocky endeavor. Our car almost got stuck trying to come in. Also, the heater did not work in the room it got fairly cool in the high hours of the night, and I turned on the central heating and would not come on. Also, it was not the hotels fault, but there was a lighting strike in the middle of the night that knocked out the power for a few minutes and when it came back the water was shut off maybe for about and hour.

The views were amazing. The rooms were very clean. Hotel arranged transportation for us.

Noisy: music playing constantly mostly due to loud tourist boats on the lake. Rooms were a bit small. Hotel annoyingly charges for small items like coffee and water. Stingy on coffee cups for the room. These are small things but for a hotel that is supposedly 5-star you don’t want to have to think about small, annoying charges for little things.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel Everything was very, very nice. I especially loved the beautiful view, the relaxing pool, and the excellent restaurant. The staff were also incredibly nice and helpful.The whole experience was peaceful and enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t stay longer.

Checkin and check out is a disaster. They double billed us. Pre billed at checkin billed again at checkout. They appear to be overwhelmed. They also need to notify guests about the Tuk Tuk service that runs from the hotel to the lake restaurant Stops at 9 PM except for one Tuk Tuk. Guests are left stranded at the bottom of the mountain after 9 PM. Some guests were carrying the elderly for the Mile hike Back up the mountain. They either need to close the restaurant earlier or extend the TuK TuK service. It’s a very twisty dark road in the woods to be walking late night.

It’s a hidden oasis . One of the most wonderful hotels I’ve been to and certainly the best in Colombia . The service was excellent , special thanks to the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff . Truly exceptional staff !

I think the rate is cheaper for locals , I get preserving rates for locals but my Colombian partner managed to get a better rate than I did as a foreigner. Seems predatory !

Modern hotel and pool facilities. Fantastic pool view. Food offering is good. Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly albeit not at 5* level yet. Great gym, lots of equipment and space.

Service could improve. Front desk a little bit disorganised, one lady with bad attitude, probably shouldn’t be working client facing. No coffee machine in our room, called twice, nobody came. Had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door and staff knocked twice at 10pm to sign a $6 bar bill! Minor issues but more training required.

The view on the patio is incredible. The service is top notch and it was very accessible to the rock and the town. They allowed us to check in 3 hours early and arranged a tuk tuk to get us to town. The staff care about their guests and if there was language barrier they would go out of there way to figure out what you were saying. 10/10

Kind of limited on what to eat, but the food was delicious.
