Good spot close to everything with a car park too. Place is a bit run down, but for the price it was great. The breakfast was the best thing there. Breakfast is an all you can eat buffet and were all big eaters so we were stoked to get all that food included with the cost. 15 minute walk through all the shops to get to the cable car, 2 min walk to the church, 2 min walk to the square and 2 min walk to the kids library which is free and awesome. Well stay there again for sure good value for money.

Rooms were a bit run down and old. The bath couldnt plug up so we couldnt enjoy the huge bath tub. Other than that you get what you pay for and considering the room was cheap we were happy with what we got.

Love the decorations, very fun and happy. The staff was super friendly. The hotel is in a good location, a couple of blocks from the plaza. The shower was big and water was hot. Overall it was clean. The breakfast was decent, quite a few choices.

The hotel is on a busy street so bring earplugs. Also, there was no ac but you don't really need it, the nights are cool. The hotel needs some attention to details, it looks a little worn. The bed was firm.

The location of the premises is very central, allowing ease of transportation. The bedding was very comfortable, and the rooms were always clean. The staff was very friendly with all the guests and it was an overall joyful experience.

Although the concept of the hotel is contemporary, the structure of the building is very old, and it needs to be remodeled inside, still conserving the outer facade of the building so cultural heritage is not taken away but the hotel is still at the height of today’s architectural needs.

After a 3 day trek in the Los Nevados Park this hotel was great-good size room, comfortable big king bed, strong hot shower- buffet breakfast till10am👍 it was everything we needed and very satisfying

As we slept late we had to ask for some refills at the buffet breakfast-but staff brought more food no problem 😉

The lady on reception was amazing (wish we had got her name) Helped us get a taxi and just overall exceptional customer service. Room was great and bed very comfy! Shower great too. The facilities exceeded our expectations for the price. Only thing to mention is plant based milk for breakfast would make it 10/10 :)

Super friendly staff Restaurant was excellent We had a delicious dinner- Caesar Salad and Pasta with seafood. Chef Escobar came by yo check on us. Comp an excellent arequipe desert.

Poorly draining shower stall and broken toilet seat. Towels need updating.

The location and breakfast were good. They also had a coffee urn going for most of the day so you could grab a cup whenever you felt like it. Great location.

Room was hot, and opening the windows meant lots of city traffic noise. Bring earplugs and you’ll be set.

'we received a very big well furnished clean room and bathroom. it was quiet (not 0n the side of the street) and very pleasant to be in. breakfast lounge and veranda were very nice. the price we got was very reasonable. the receptionist VERY nice and helpfull-

the reception area and entrance to hotel '- dowdy not too clean not elegant at all... . its a pity, since the rooms are very good. . the lift not clean, the corridors could be cleaner.

Clean centrally located, bed and pillows amazing, shower hit, everything we needed for a complete rest after a 3 day hike! Breakfast great staff friendly only need to keep food restocked for breakfast
