We had a fantastic stay at Gema! The service provided by the lobby personnel was excellent - staff were friendly and ready to help with anything we needed ( umbrella on rainy days) Location was also a plus as there was a supermarket and several restaurants just steps away.

If you have been to Medellín before you will know that water pressure and temperature is a challenge sometimes.

Location was great, area was very close to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Place was very clean.

The light in the main bathroom went out one night, and, I had to wait for the next day for maintenance to repair it. Some kitchen pots and pans can be updated. They need sharpener to sharpen the knifes with. Possible more chairs to sit at the island. And maybe have a better ac in all the rooms. One room had to use vans, but it was OK.

The building and apartment are beautiful. The staff is super professional and extremely attentive. The apartment has a lovely kitchen with large refrigerator and cooking area. 3 bedrooms are small, but lovely. Very modern and clean apartment with balcony.

Air conditioning is only available in 2 bedrooms, the rest of the apartment is not air conditioned and gets very warm during the day. The furniture, while it looks modern and nice, is very uncomfortable to sit on. The beds are incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The neighborhood is ok, but extremely noisy.

I have stayed at several different hotels and apartments in Medellin and nothing compares to my visit at Gema at Cadissa. The staff, the open apartment floor plan, the balcony with amazing views, and the value for the price are all exceptional and deserve more than 5 stars. They make you feel like family from the moment you arrive and there is no need for me to ever look for another property on future visits. Exceptional!

The Apartment was clean, very nice accommodation, and the location was perfect. Near the restaurant, supermarket, transportation, and all. The staff Service was excellent. Will use them again and again.

There was nothing not to like!

The hotel is brand new!! I really liked the location. It was a short taxi or share-drive service away. Everything was kept clean and the staff was helpful (they gave us tips on where to go!). It was super helpful to have the kitchen available and not have to step out for every meal or snack. Having a family of 4 and grandparents, the layout worked great, very comfortable space. Closest thing posible to having a home while on vacation. Much better then having separate rooms in a hotel. This apartment style layout is great! There were restaurants and shopping close by, so getting everyday things was a easy. Food delivery was also an option from restaurants from the area.

Great Short-Term Apartment - The staff is amazing - Apartment is very new, fully stocked, blender, pots pans, etc - The bedding is new and comfy, great A/C - Quiet location behind a church - Walking distance to CC Molinos (mall), Viva Laureles (EXITO supermarket and shopping) - Located at a good artery (La 80 con La 33) to get wherever you need

The hotel is accesible and very well located. The staff was extremely friendly, polite and always willing to help with the best attitude and you find access to them at all times. The hotel is beautiful, not only on the main and common areas, but the “room” (which is actually a fully furnished apartment) is out of this world: extremely comfortable and the decoration is exquisite. We are beyond pleased with our stay at Cadissa and will definitely stay there every time we visit the city. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!!

Modern and spotless! Huge apartment. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Staff was very friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed. Complimentary bottle of bubbly was a nice touch. There was a market on the corner that was very convenient.

Wish there was AC in main area.

Staying at CADISSA was the best decision I’ve made! The staff is very welcoming and the apartments are really neat and luxury! The service was fantastic and anything you need is close by such as restaurants, malls, local bars, and is only 15 mins to Provenza, where all the night clubs are. Not to mention the view from the apartment is stunning! You get a view to the mountains and the city! If you’re looking for a plan to stay in Medellin, I would definitely recommend staying at CASDISSA.
