Good view from balcony but a little bit loudly(I am person for whom need absolutely quiet atmosphere,but if for you it not a problem all should be fine)but admin offered me another room so and if you have issues you can change. One thing which I found strange at this hotel you sign document if you make any damage to furniture or whatever you will need to pay which is fine,but my pyjama was colouring(which I didn’t know and they asked me to pay for laundry)I said give me it and I gonna wash it not a problem.But what for is washing machines then?

Everything!! I was a bit cautious at first, but everything ended up being amazing. Overall, I felt safe. The staff, the location, the room I wish there was a wider variety of options for breakfast but it was good nonetheless. I'll be sure to book again.

There was only one minor incident with housekeeping not cleaning the room per request, but it was dealt with. There could be some noise late at nights from the street but it wasn't that bothersome.

It meets expectations, is very well equipped, well spaced and impeccable. The location and surroundings are very good. The staff more because of the culture in Medellín are very friendly and warm. The restaurant's food is rich and generous.

Don't have a pool lol The jacuzzi has no roof to avoid sun on hot days

New construction everything was in good condition

I suggested some changes such as AC is missing, closets for clothes is missing this hotel need minors adjustments

It was clean and close to everything

Windows need sound proof to block the noise and the WiFi Internet need inprovment keeps droping all the time

I loved the room, the breakfast and the staff. My experience was amazing!!

A little bit of noise outside but you can always bring your sleep ear plugs, but definitely worth the experience in the hotel.

The breakfast was good only thing is the portion is just too small, & if you decide on taking 2 different meals you would have to pay for the second one.

A lot of amenities around + there is a shopping mall around the corner.

The traffic noise in Medellin is unbeatable. That’s the only thing
