The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. I don't speak much Spanish but we made it work with translation, anything I asked for we worked out easily. Whether it be where to eat or which direction a particular attraction was they were very helpful. The hotel is located in the city center, close to food, grocery, and transportation. Just a few minutes walk to Plaza Botero and the museum. There is street food very close to the hotel, so you don't have to wander far after a long day of sightseeing. There is also an Exito grocery at the corner and a mall right across the street. The hotel has breakfast in the mornings but I did not attend so I can't speak on it. I felt the bed was very comfortable, the ac kicked and the water was nice and hot. Although the hotel is located smack in the middle of everything, with the hustle and bustle, commuter traffic steps from the door, I felt very safe as a solo female traveler.

I stayed there for 4 nights. Housekeeping only came the first day. I had to ask for new towels each day, the front desk staff was prompt in getting them for me. The shower stall was glass and the water got all over, the glass divider between the shower and the vanity had a leak, so the water got all over the floor on that side as well. I was able to clean it up with whatever towels available. The floor is very slick, and the water would have been a serious safety issue if I didn't wait for it to dry. I feel this can easily be remedied and doesn't make me think less of the facilities. Still very nice accommodations.

The location was a walk away from all activity you need, there is also 1 Mall in front of the Hotel and 1 small Mall 7 door steps away. The breakfast was simple but good for the price.

There were some mini cockroach and bus sound till late in the night. There is a bus stop in front of the Hotel. That is good for your transportation but not for your bedtime sleep. It was a little noisy. But, super good location.

I appreciated the excellent service, the clean and comfortable rooms, and the relaxing ambiance that made my stay very enjoyable.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The only downside was that my stay ended sooner than I wanted.
