Everything was spotless clean and we felt safe and all our iisues were solved very easily. Room cleaning was done every day. There is a restaurant on site that is open all day long. Across the street there is a D1 supermarket and 400 m away there is a commercial and financial centre called Exito. The area was safe and green.

As the room's windows were opening to the hallways was hard to fall asleep due to the noise made by the people next door that were talking very loud late in the night. The matress was hard as a rock but after the first night they add on top a small matress that remediated the problem. Nobody speaks english

The hotel is close to everything. Taxis front of the hotel all the time. A few minutes from the center of Medellin, Stadium and touristic points. Hotel as well have lift, friendly staff, parking 24h, comfortable room.

Unfortunately during my stay in the hotel, they have a problem with the boiler and for three days we don't have hot water. Considering they're 4 stars hotel, takes so long to solve that situation, and other point which they should improve is the breakfast, everyday serving the same thing (calentado, uevo revuelto, queso, pan or tostada).

The boy in the kitchen that caused the whole ticket issue for the free breakfast. I didn’t attempt to eat the free breakfast again or eat in the restaurant in general. It had no service from the time of the incident. He needs to be fired for his terrible customer service.

I thought it was very good, had a nice range of different fruits and food. The staff was friendly and kind. Everything seemed clean we were with some friends and they enjoyed it also.

The showers did not work. You need to hire a plumber. Or you could replace the shower head yourself. It is not that hard and I think that would fix the problem. Have a plumber on hand just in case.

I am Triathlete coach and have stayed here before when I coach at Estadio medellin. I like the hotel / staff is kind and friendly/ clean and spotless / no noise and professional/ restaurant great and good breakfast with fruits.

I have Accomadation budget and Lena the financial person is only at hotel few days and need to wait over weekend to discuss extend stay discount.

Breakfast was tasty and had different options. We loved the help from the staff specially from Diego. As soon as we got there, he helped us to checkin and he did not hesitate to give us suggestions for our day after telling him what we had planned. He kindly showed us a map and suggested routes using the metro which was very helpful.

The rooms were smaller than I expected, but bed was super comfortable, ac worked fine, bathroom clean but a little too small for us.

Very good staff at the reception, the room was very clean and cosy, the garage for the car was easily accessible and safe

The breakfast was very basic. The restaurant too small if a group of tourists was present and the food was just OK

Stayed there for one night and it was super comfortable. The room and bathrooms were so clean and the stuff was so helpful too. Only the breakfast was not very good but for the price they charge, it is well spent

The staff is very helpful, they go above and beyond to give excellent service.

Beds are a bit uncomfortable and toilet/shower clogged during my stay.
