The rooftop view was breathtaking the hospitality of the front staff also the cleaning staff was just amazing. The stay was quite comfortable. Even though we did not speak Spanish, everyone was so helpful with translating. We would recommend the hotel highly. Breakfast was great daily.

Walking distance from the metro station, shops, restaurants all around with prices for locals. You can easily catch a taxi anywhere around the hotel.

Nice rooms but bad choice of cheap flooring which is already showing signs of wear! :(

Location is walking distance to the fun areas, miles of bars and restaurants close by. Hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area where you can get a well deserved rest after a night of partying or city touring. Included breakfast was a plus. Staff are helpful and very friendly. My family and I were very pleased.

Jacuzzis must be reserved a day prior, they were always empty and not so inviting.

The menu of the restaurant didn't have variety for lunch and dinner. The eggs were served cold. The arepas didn't have any taste. The staff was excellent.

Just the hot water took a few minutes to warm up,and the wifi connection when I move from one place to the other.

breakfast was great, a variety of food and delicious, nice view on the 14th floor we enjoyed our stay and the cocktails
