Excellent hospitality, the staff is just superb. The property is located near the main area in Salento but far enough from the noise, just few minutes walk from the main square. Beautiful and traditional architecture with a modern touch. Breakfast are incredible delicious. They have free parking available.

The room was a bit small and the balcony was right on the street, so we didn’t have the chance to use it as we feel a bit intimidated by the proximity to the road. As a suggestion, I would add a pair of slippers in the amenities of the room, as the floor is very cold to walk barefoot. They have a 30 min massage complimentary for all guests, which is fantastic, however the massage itself was not very good to be honest, but we appreciate the gift from their side.

Cocli Hotel is very well located, within a 5 mins walk to the town square where you can catch the Willy Jeeps to any points of interest. The rooms were clean and minimalist with comfortable beds. The bathrooms all had spacious showers and ample hot water. The welcome amenities such as the drink and the jacuzzi were a nice added touch. There is a spa on-site and the staff were all so lovely and accommodating. My partner and I traveled with friends and everyone loved their stay. Breakfast was served in the main open-air lounge terrace with a lovely view of the town and the mountains.

Merely a suggestion - some sort of mosquito netting or window screens to attempt to keep some of the bugs out of the room would be nice. We generally tried to keep the windows and doors closed.

You are staying in a tradicional coffee finca style boutique. Was very modern with great service. Juan David was beyond polite and helpful. Great service overall from all the staff. The location was great, 5 minute walk to the main square. The room included a free cocktail and a 30min massage, plus an incredible breakfast, which just added to the magic of staying in this place. Additionally the products used were L’occitane, which are beyond good. I really do not think there is a better place to stay in town.

There is glass on top of the room doors and timber windows that allows the light to come through from the corridor until around 11pm, when the lights are switched off.

Excellent breakfast served on the hotel's pretty terrace. The entry system was very good (codes not keys).

The room was very small for two people with a suitcase each. Despite having bedside lights, there was only a switch (for both lights) on one side of the bed. There should have been more hooks to hang towels especially in the wet season when they do not dry easily. The music from the terrace / kitchen was a bit too loud at times. It could be heard clearly in the room. The corridor lights were also quite bright and could be seen through the room windows.

-staff was 10/10 -amnesties were great -we got all the attention we needed. If the staff saw us chilling in the yard they would offer us a drink right away. -jacuzzi was top -massage was super relaxing. First session was free the 2nd we paid for because it was so nice. -really cuddly cat that comes with the property. -top breakfast. -as we were on our honeymoon we also got for free a special setup -the property took care of our laundry -super nice toiletry products

-the property should consider installing air ventilation in the bathroom because the humidity stays trapped and it creates a funky smell in the entire room. -the rooms are a bit small

Very friendly and helpful staff. We organized our guides and tours with the help of the hotel staff, which was great. The rooms are small but good quality recently built. Breakfast was good. We surely recommend this little hotel. The hotel is inside the city of Salento, but not near the noisy central square. So at night we did not have much noise from the street. We liked the welcoming cocktail and the 30 minute massage.

There is no heating or cooling in the rooms. This may be an issue if the outside temperature requires it, but at our visit it was not too cold or warm.

I highly recommend you to book a room in Cocli! It will be the cherry on the cake of your trip to Salento! First of all, people are so lovely, welling to help for every thing (muchas gracias!!). The delicacy of the decoration and confort of the rooms is a perfect combo to relax in a nice place. The weather was just raining all day in Salento during my 3 days. The rooms were cosy and confortable which was great to just open the window and read the book in the bed. You have a 30-minutes massage for welcome gift! Breakfast is qualitative, fresh and quantitative. The hotel is located in a quite street on the side of the town, however only 2 minutes walk from the Main Street. Once again, thanks for your kindness!

Wonderful staff - Jorge was amazing. The location was great and the view we had from the entrance to our room was stunning - we kept our door open to enjoy this view most of the time. The inventive cocktails were a treat, views from the outdoor dining area wonderful to see first thing in the morning at breakfast. Location of the hot tub was very thoughtful, private but with a view.

The first room we were shown was a little disappointing as it was quite compact with no view. We were very kindly offered another room which had a view that made such a difference to our stay here. We were told by the owners that the building is a historic one and so the room sizes were beyond their control as they wanted to keep the original layout and construction. All credit to them.

The hotel is brand new, nicely decorated and you can leverage (under reservation) jacuzzi and spa. You get a free welcome massage which is nice, even if once you are at massage they try to upsell you more services (which is fair). The breakfast is really good. The bath products are from the Occitane en Provence. The staff is great, attentive, very responsive through Whatsaap. We couldn’t wish for more and we were delighted with all the employees. Special mention to Juan David and Carolina. Thank you !!

Parking is not well indicated, but once you get there it is convenient. The rooms will need to be better isolated from external noises.

The property is really well decorated, lovely location, great bfast, really premium l’Occitane toiletries and an incredible view. The view from the patio looking into the mountains never got old. Alejandra from their staff was also incredibly helpful to us, she organised great local activities for us.

There are a few perks in the package eg. usage of the hot tub or just their cocktails menu as well. These could be such incredible experiences for guests particularly when it’s raining and you just want to enjoy the beautiful property, but these were quite poorly organised. Service was also varied depending on who was incharge on the day.
