Beach and food . The service was absolutely Excellent. The Saturday evening party on the beach was really fun, engaging and entertaining. The seclusion of the property from Santa Marta was very nice. They have everything you need include a small market with reasonable prices. This will be our future place to stay from now on as it clearly outshined the other places we have stayed.

There were a few things in our room in need of repair, mainly the bathroom door which would not close or open all the way and the safe was not attached to anything. Not enough to say anything negative overall just somewhat concerning.

The location is very good. It's a few minutes away from Santa Marta, which is nice because it's in a quiet, peaceful location. And there is security to limit entry and exit from the facility. The place has everything you need for a relaxed extended stay. There are a couple restaurants, bars, several pools, a small store if you need a few basic items, and a private beach with shaded areas to sit and enjoy the view. The absolute best thing about Santorini is the staff! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The man at the check-in desk is bilingual, which was very helpful, especially with my poor Spanish ability. The place exceeded my expectations and we had an excellent, relaxed stay here.

The facility is definitely showing it's age and a few things could use some upkeep, but overall it's still a very nice place and we had no problems.

The hotel was clean, nice and comfortable, the staff was kind and helpful, the breakfast buffet had many options. There is a shop (snacks, drinks, alcohol, cosmetics), a restaurant (local dishes, fresh and tasty), a bar and a wellness and spa centre available. There are five outdoor swimming pools available to the guests free of charge. The beach is small, but private, with few people and no venders. There is no natural shade at the beach but there is a bar; chairs, tents, showers and toilets are also available to the guests. The airport is very near (15 minutes by taxi).

The nearby charcoal loading dock makes constant noise and the coal powder makes sand and water dark. For some reason, it is forbidden to stay at the beach after 6 p.m.

Privacy…..the hotel offers everything needed for a comfortable stay in Santa Marta. There is a small supermarket on property. The beach is private. There are 5 pools which are clean and refreshing. The staff is very professional, friendly and attentive. Miguel in the restaurant provided superior service. Juan at the front desk assured our stay was unremarkably perfect. Don’t waist your time and money staying in the city. This resort has everything you will need to enjoy your time while visiting the Santa Marta area. Once you are checked in, I assure you you will not want to leave the property. You will not be disappointed!

Hotel in general was very high quality. Very comfortable quiet and stuff was very kind and helpful. Location is great. Just 10 minutes to airport. It has It’s private beach and multiple pools. Food was very delicious. We definitely will visit again. 

There was a problem with Wi-Fi. We didn’t have connection for the last two days and they didn’t check even though we asked them to do. 

This was the perfect location for us. We had a wedding in Kapicua and all the staff helped in every way possible. The Private beach is so beautiful and calm, and the pools are ideal for the family. Breakfast was amazing.

Room service. We had a really bad experience. Apart from this, perfect stay.

Private beaches were great we were at that property without many expectations but we really enjoyed very much everything, it was clean silent and beautiful

Well food there was not that great I think it could be a thing related to our own taste because menus had variety.

The property was private and proper distance away from Santa Marta to make extremely comfortable with private beach, many pools, and a pleasant area for dining

During our stay, there was a wedding and reception that interfered with the intimacy of the hotel but the staff did excellent job to offset the distraction

Excellent service. Delicious food. If you want a quiet and nice place to rest, this is the place! Overall is very good! Love it!

Depends on the interests, the location was far from Rodadero. Nothing is at walking distance from the hotel. Public transportation is available but not safe to use, there is not a stop bus. The best way is to call a taxi for every ride.
