The hotel was right on the beach with easy access. The pool and restaurant facilities were fantastic. The food was great and available whenever you fancied a meal. The rooms were large - this would be a great place for a family. I was a single traveler, so the studio was way more than I needed. I had one bedroom with two double beds, plus a large living room with a refrigerator and sofa that could have been used as a single bed (it was large). The patio overlooked the pool and beach, and was the perfect place to watch the sunset!

The rooms were a little tired, but very clean. The staff could have been a bit more attentive, but when I finally got their attention, they were nice and helpful enough.

People were extremely kind and sweet! Marisol at the front desk was so helpful to us during our 5 nights, suggesting things to do, when my little one was sick and with an issue I had with Rappi! She was sooo helpful and supportive! Gloria and Manuel in the restaurant also amazing people! The place is always clean and people try to go out of their way to make you feel happy and welcome!

Maybe the prices of the mini mart, a bit high!

Loved the pool and how it was away from everything and close to the airport! The breakfast was amazing and even the dinner that we had was great as well!

Honestly we got in at around 6-7am from our flight. And our check in was at 3pm. They wouldn’t let us check in early. Not to even pay extra to get a room! I was a little mad about that. Then once it was 3 pm our room wasn’t even ready and at 3:30 it finally became ready. It was pretty frustrating. They kept saying 5 more minutes. Also our key card kept getting deactivated like 4-5 times because apparently our phones were too close to the key card. Even though after the first time and the second time we kept having our card as far away as possible. So we would have to go allllll the way down the elevator and to the main building to the front desk to get it reactivated. It was frustrating.

The last year I went with my family and It was really good. Then I came back this year. I love that the people is very kind and warm. The place is close to the airport, it's nice and you feel secure. The beach is only few steps from the hotel, with a calm and wonderful sea. I enjoy the food from the hotel's restaurant. For me is important not only a tasteful food, but also well prepared. The menu offers several options. I recommend it. Also the breakfast is super!. The pool after a day in the beach is great. The hotel's personal call you by name, and they are always with a smile. I hope to come back again with my family the next year.

I didn't like that I was only 4 days. When you're happy the time flies. Maybe one more day.

My wife and I staid here for her birthday. The property was very clean and the amenities were great. The staff provided us with contacts for transportation into Santa Marta and Rodadero. We never mentioned it was my wife's birthday to the staff, but on the morning of her birthday they came out with a cake and sang happy birthday to her. Can't recommend the hotel enough if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to get away too for a vacation.

The distance from Rodadero and Santa Marta can be problematic if you want to go back and forth to those places. The hotel is quite far away from both.

The beach is one of the best near Santa Marta. There is still nature, we love this...... the mountains, the vegetation, the birds, the iguanas. The view from the rooms is great. The pool is very comfortable, we never feel crowd with the other guests, there is comfortable space for everyone. We like the way the jacuzzi time is programmed. Food was good, and breakfasts were always abundant and varied. We were with a disabled person and an elderly woman and all the facilities were adapted for them, the hotel even lent us a wheelchair.

We suggset to improve the spa place. It is registered and noisy during the weekends. During the weekend there were recreationists for the children, which, although very positive for families with children, generated noise. We suggest not setting such loud speakers for these activities. And we miss the gym.

Great breakfast, fantastic swimming pool, corteousstaff for most part. Our room was huge, and there were 2 bathrooms, great for a family trip! Accomodations are simple and in need of a overhaul, but everything works.

The restaurant is overpriced and the beach in front of the hotel is OK, but don't expect a Caribbean experience. The resort is close to the airport but far from Santa Marta. Apart from the swimming pool, there is not much else going on in terms of activities.

The staff without a doubt makes this hotel stand out. The team at the Restaurant made our stay much more enjoyable.

We had issues with the wi-fi in the room which were not fixed and there was not proper follow-up or intention to resolve it. They missed the opportunity to make our stay perfect but we were happy overall.

Rooms are comfortable, big, and with great view to the sea. Beds are very good and junior suite has two bathrooms which is very good. Pools are nice, big enough. Hotel with beachfront which is very convenient. Food is delicious although a bit expensive.

Hotel needs remodeling, it is a bit old and also needs more spaces to do another activities such as games, ping pong while guests wait for either receiving the room or just spend a different time. There is nothing to do in the area so it is a bit far away from the city. Staff very friendly.

I loved the Staff ; I called ahead to ask some details about my passport and Taxes and the gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. When we arrive on Sunday, he was present and in our file everything we talked about. The entire stay was amazing.

They have an amazing beach where if we walk a little to the left at 8am plenty of pelicans and birds can be seen... I wish they will incorporate that in the "brochures" and why not using the existing fishermen as guides.
