Breakfast was good - with the option of how you would like your eggs to be prepared, the kitchen would sometimes stay open a little later than expected to accommodate guest's late night meals. Rooms were clean and tidy, hotel was somewhat empty at times meaning you could use the facilities all by yourself, reception was kind enough to call a taxi to the airport after we asked them. Pool and jacuzzi were available after some time. Location is great - just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen staff and cleaners are friendly and will greet you in Spanish (make sure you can at least get by in Spanish!).

Reception or hotel staff should have notified guests that there would be waterworks going on at the hotel and the supply would be cut off for some time - we had to go to reception to request a bowl of water just to wash my hands. The pool was clean overall but I did notice many times that there were plenty of leaves and some other things that I can't describe in the pool with me. You may have insects come in under your bedroom door, but as long as you're not scared you will be fine. After using the shower in the bedroom - we noticed that some water was beginning to flow into the room itself, thankfully it wasn't a problem at the time, but could be in the future. No lights were on when we stepped into the Jacuzzi on the 3rd floor at night.

We had a large room and the facilities within the room were good. comfortable bed. The pool was very nice, good for swimming and relaxing, which we did every morning.

The included breakfast was not very good, nor the coffee. The pool/bar is in the center of all the rooms so if you want the try to sleep-in or get to bed early, the other people may be loud and it could keep you up. The hotel lost power, including wifi ad AC (of course) for about 3 hours one night, which was rather unpleasant, but this was not the only hotel in Colombia that we had lose power.

Very nice staff and I liked sitting on the rooftop. We booked this hotel because it's proximity to the airport and our plan to go to Tayrona the next day. It's a good place to rest after a long flight. I recommend it for that purpose (but not as a main stay, since the area itself is not that interesting).

Unfortunately the pool was down for maintenance. We went to the beach instead, but the beach was kind of bad with the wind blowing all the sand in your face constantly and almost no services in the area. Fortunately it got fixed late afternoon so we could still enjoy it at night. You really need a pool in that area since there's not much else to do in the area.

Good place to stay a night as it's close to the airport (27,000 COP taxi ride). Another plus is it's away from the craziness of downtown Santa Marta.

Nit picking - The sliding door weird partition for the bathroom doesn't look good, isn't functional, causes water to spill into the room... Nothing else around here, so if you want to go out for food, or anything else you'd have to take a taxi to the nearest mall

Good hotel with a basic but high quality breakfast included in the rate, very close to the airport and the beach, with good amenities (pool, coworking, jacuzzi and deck). Overall, a great value-for-money alternative

The location is not the greatest. Altough very close to the beach, it doesnt' have to many restaurants or bar closeby.

The pool, the room was tiny but comfortable. Having a restaurant in the hotel was a plus to avoid going out and taking a taxi all the time.

The breakfast is limited. Everyday the same. After a few breakfasts you don't want it anymore.

I really loved the staff, the meals they had there, like lunch or dinner (the cook is great!), the room was pretty, bed comfortable and super nice! There is a cool terrazzo with two jacuzzis and comfy chairs for you to relax. On the second floor, there is an area where you can work or just watch TV (the tv is huge!), it’s a room with AC and a fan. So in general everything was great! Would definitely stay there again.

I think breakfast could be a little bit better, have a few more options but it is good! And the curtains in the bedrooms don’t really block the sun, so if you want to sleep in and need darkness, that will be hard 😕

It was a cosy hotel, we really just stayed here for one night due to a booking mishap. We needed a quick fix for a one night stay at an affordable price and it checked all those boxes.

It doesn't really receive much sunlight and the breakfast could be better.

Clean, close to the beach, close to the airport, breakfast included, sweet staff. Slept like a baby finally 😁

It can get a little noisy when the hotel is full as all of the rooms face inside the common area but it happened just once so it was ok :)

All was ok. Guests have to keep in mind that it is a three star hotel. Do not expect 5 stars. It is what it is and it’s great.
