The food - I thought the menu selections gave you great choices and the flavors and presentations were first class. The sky bar, the pools, the iguanas. The proximity to the beach. The decor. The little hallways and stairs that led to unique spaces. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The noise/music in the late evening from the disco club across the highway but that's not something the resort has control of. Kinda takes away from the ambience when you are on your balcony watching the lightning. The toilet.

Our stay was simply amazing from start to end. We got a double room with balcony in the third floor. Checking in was fast and pretty easy, everything was in order and everything was crystal clear. We were actually surprised they take cleanliness very seriously and do a thorough clean every day (scrubbing floors, new sheets, new towels, new blankets). Aircon and TV work flawlessly. Breakfast was superb and quite big which I loved. There was a nice assortment of options including fruits, breakfast cereal, yogurts, beverages, soups, eggs, traditional sausages, arepas, bread… quite the assortment for real! This is a very quiet neighbourhood and it’s just a block away from the beach. There’s the Zazue mall at walking distance which has plenty of things to do and visit. The hotel even provides beach tents at a cheaper fare than the guys at the beach. You’re even welcomed to bring your own snacks and store them in your mini bar. High ceilings (which I personally love). The staff was super friendly and easy to reach at all times. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Extremely pleased. No hidden fees. Read some regular reviews in Google and I was quite worried but this place ended up exceeding by far any of our expectations. Best hotel stay so far. Wish we could stay longer!

The main door was a bit hard to close, possibly misaligned, and there were very few finishes that might need a touch up in the bathroom but it was nothing actually noticeable. The common wear and tear. This is just to put something here since everything was superb.

It's an interesting hotel, not a cement block. It feels like a resort with interesting little spaces and small pools. The staff were friendly overall, but especially a super nice waiter who tried help me with my request (a true professional and gentleman). Close to airport and very convenient. It was quiet at night.

Wifi didn't reach out room (room #101).

The hotel is well located, just next to the beach and with lots of pools and common areas, parking, gym, etc. The room had nice curtains to make it really dark and at the same time lot of sunlight during the day. The A/C was good and the shower was strong. Service was good. I read in some review that the facilites were old but I did not get that impression at all. I think overall it was a great value to stay next to the beach and close to the airport. A big supermarket and a mall are very close.

Delicious and big breakfast, with a really firendly stuff. Also with aditional features from other of its sister hotels.

Even though there is wifi, the speed it is not the best, so having meetings with camera can be slow.

Nice hotel with good pools and nice food.

There are no vegatarian options in the restaurant for diner. However, they made a pasta with vegetables for us which was really nice. The staff does not talk English at all, but with Google translate we managed to talk with them.

The hotel is really comfortable, the food is delicious, everything is clean and the staff is very kind. I only stayed for one night, so I didn't have the time to use the pools, but what I saw was really good

The bathroom with the curtain isn't very good because water goes outside the shower, but that's not a big deal.

- Its important for security to put a rail in the stairs. There’s a section without!!!! - As a guest is a bad experience being charge for the tents in the beach. must be included maybe with a previous reservation! - some times the eggs are cold

It is near the best hotels in Santa Marta, beach is very good and safe. One of the best spots for beach in Santa Marta. The proximity to Zazue shopping/dinning mall gives extra points, also the staff, they are giving the extra mile to make you comfortable.

The installations of the hotel are a bit old and need some maintenance, for example paint could be better, but to be honest value/money rate is the best hotel, breakfast was very good, service and location. The gym was also good!
