Beautiful facilities, nice peaceful atmosphere in the house, details in the room were really well thought through, great AC and fans throughout the building. Really really nice breakfast which was served super quickly. Very central in a safe area. Got my laundry done for a quick turn around and great price. Alana really made the experience 10/10 throughout my stay. I felt super welcome from the second I arrived until the second I left, I was looked after the whole time, had some one to chat and laugh with and the way she looked after me felt very genuine and personal. Would 100% come back and stay for this reason!

Just wish the property opposite the house would loose their licence for playing such loud music late at night. Street noise was not a problem at all it was just that one bar due to it’s proximity :( hopefully something can be done about it in the future, especially if the hotel was established there first!

Good breakfast, loved the rooftop pool in the evening (not so much during the day, as there is no shade and the pool is rather warm).  They organised a great trip to Tayrona according to all our request. Overall, it is a very charming property with its history and the design is cool. It is also in the middle of turistic part of the city, which is practical, but also...

...extremely loud during evening and night. They provide earplugs , but you still hear everything and the main problem is you hear music from 10 different music clubs at once. There is nothing the property can do about it, but it makes using rooftop in the evening extremely unconfortable, which is a shame.  Also, there was a confusion about our payment when we arrived, but it was all sorted out. Our biggest concern was a very strong smell of humidity and mold you could even see. The room was otherwise really beautiful, but if you're sensitive to this, it might be a big problem. It was in the room no 1, no idea about the others.

Excellent location and great value for money, clean and awesome breakfast!Alana, the owner, was lovely and available for any questions any time.Also, can be slightly noisy at night but earplugs are provided 😀

What an incredible experience! we lived our stay at casa Del totumo, & genuinely can’t wait until we return. The house itself is spectacular, it’s beautiful, comfortable, and extremely aesthetically pleasing. however the best part is the staff. both Alana & Victor are truly what make this house what it is. both are always available for anything that you may need, and make the house feel extremely secure at night. we highly recommend staying here. a true gem.

Music is a bit loud all night but it's part of the experience, people are happy, they like to dance all night :) the hotel provides ear plugs, so sleeping is fine

The hotel is really beautiful, it is close to everything. It is quite new , small swimming pool to refresh that I love. There just one problem it is really noise because it is next to the party. However the hotel can give an earplugs for the night .

This property is outstanding, lots of character in the best part of town. The service from Juan, Alana and Victor was excellent, they took care of every detail to make your visit memorable.

The amenities were great and attention from host was great, however it needs a deeper clean.

Dirty towel, dirty bathroom, they need to do a deeper clean.
