The property is very pleasant. The mobile homes were a pleasant surprise, very comfortable and with all the necessary amenities. Our mobile home was for a family of four and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Breakfast is served in the restaurant. Although it is not a buffet, but served at the table, it has sufficient quantity and diversity. We also had other meals at the property's restaurant, with homemade food and everything freshly prepared, including some Croatian specialties cooked in the oven. The pool is pleasant, but it lacks a deep area where children can be at ease (the entire pool has a depth of 1.3m).

The location is a little far from the places of interest (1 hour from Zadar), but the space is very good. Nothing else to point out negative, but it could be improved with the creation of a children's pool and playground (there is no shortage of space!).

All units are brand new and cleverly designed to fit 4 people (with 2 bathrooms). They are modern, fitted with all modern features, fast wifi, patio, kitchenware. The camping area is in the shade and the restroom are absolutely spotless. All the staff is super friendly and focused on making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Perfect english spoken. The pool is lovely, with the right amount of sun and shade. The restaurant is amazing, with homegrown and homemade quality local food. I would very much consider this resort for a smart working week off the charts. Horseback riding, mountain biking and canoeing options are available. Highly suggested location overall!

The staff was superb, absolutely helpful and kind. They organize everything you want, solve the problems you might face to, and speak English good enough to make your stay fantastic. The breakfast is copious amd delicious, the pool is better than expected. Houses have enough room inside and outside also.

The closest supermarket is in Obrovac, so you have to take the car if you need anything.

Very clean mobile homes, and well organized. Showers were really nice (tiny as you would expect, but well built, with good and hot water stream). Nice pool in the place. Surprisingly good restaurant, with quality and well affordable variety of food.

When eating in the restaurant area, there were plenty of bees, this needs to be taken care of.

Great location when doing the kayak tour nearby. The owner arranged it for us including transportation. Rest of the stay at Village Zrmanja was good, especially the quietness, personnel and swimming pool :-)

Our stay is perfect.I think our 2days is not enough. The staff is highly excellent very kind to us. The place is so perfect.

Host doing his best to help, provided a vent and good recommendation for local attractions. Pool is small but nice. Dinner wait time was too long, need to book in advance and be patient

Mobile home was as expected, but AC engine was noisy and right outside our bed head Bed was very uncomfortable
