The apartment is very nice with wonderful balcony view to the bay and the marina. It was very clean with all needed amenities. The location is very quiet and easy to reach by car. There is a covered parking for all guest so the cars are not under the sun. Vladimir is a great host who showed us around and gave very usefull advises how and where to spend time. We stopped for two nights during our roundtrip in Croatia and the kids loved Vela Luka because of the beach Plaža Plitvine and the walks along the marina and the boats.

Kao i svake godine, prekrasno smjesten apartman između otoka Ošjak i Vela Luke sa plažom ispod apartmana, garažom, dva balkona, klima, sve top vrijednost. Dobar domaćin, prekrasna plaža na kojoj ima hlada tijekom cijelog dana, more bistro i čisto. Top vrijednost za novac posebno danas kada su cijene otišle u nebo.

Vladimir is a great host. He saved us after midnight because we did not have anywhere to go (and this is extremely appreciated and we are very sorry to have had to call at that hour). The location is amazing: peaceful, cozy, and green. If you open your balcony door, you can hear the waves. I can definitely recommend it!

Note: Our stay booked with this property was actually fulfilled by Hotel Korkyra. The host at Vala were not able to host us but were very kind bt advising us well in advance and providing alternate accommodation. Very pleased all around.

I wish I could've stayed another day or two!

Very well appointed apartment. the view was great overlooking the bay across to the ferry station. We had a lovely dinner in town which was a pleasant 30 minute stroll around the pretty harbour.

We should have stayed longer. We were only staying for one night before catching the ferry to split.

First of all, very agile and helpful staff. In less than 10’ conversation the receptionists joined their efforts and were able to explain everything relevant for a pleasant arrival and a convenient stay. Very comfortable apartment, nicely equipped (big fridge included). Perfectly located at the beachfront (you only need to go downstairs to get to the nice private beach). What’s extra impressive with this place are balconies which allow you to watch the Vela Luka bay and the night lights of the town in utmost privacy. Oh yes, there’s private parking in the shade right next to the house. Should you like to cross the bay, there’s taxi boats nearby with ultra positive and amusing drivers. Vela Luka, great Adriatic musician’s, Oliver Dragojevic birth place is only 1.5km away anyway. Hopefully getting back some day. Thank you!

Nice spacious apartment with great views over Vela Luka. A nice quiet base from which to explore Vela Luka (a nice long walk to town along the curvy shores of the bay) as well as the rest of Korcula island. Tranquil swimming spots just steps below the apartment!

The facilities are a bit basic, no shower gel provided, shower doesn’t drain well.

Everything was perfect, nice apartment, balcony with sea view, beach in front of the apartment, free covered parking space, excellent staff. 3rd year in a row staid there.

We had best time at Vela luka and also our apartrment had everything we wanted for a nive stay and the best part was small private beach at 50m down tue stairs....We will come back for sure...It was beautifull

Sometimes main door made noise due to low izolation between woods and door....it was like little bit vacum between and it made sound everytime one came to house and went out...specially at evenings or during the night. Withoit this little problem...it would be really perfect place to spend hollidays.

Excellent position with beach in front, fenomenal balcony with view on sea entrance in Vela Luka, you can view ferries coming in and out from 200m distance, private parking in front of apartment away from main street, 15 minutes walk to centre. Personnel very helpful and positive.
