Thank you Magda, Vincent and Lidja for an amazing, relaxing 9 nights. We highly recommend this property. Our room had recently been refurbished and was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the air con worked very well and wasn't noisy. The property was very clean. The pool area is fabulous and the sun loungers are just so comfortable. There were always loungers available. Breakfast is great and served until 11am, they had an amazing coffee machine with lots of choice. We like to walk, so walked into town a couple of times (10 minutes downhill) and Vincent or Magda picked us up within 10 minutes if we messaged them. This was so kind of them and we really appreciated it. They are all so kind and helpful and want to ensure you have a great holiday - which we did. Thank you again - we highly recommend this property!

The family are really great. Free shuttle into town. Great breakfast, asked us what we want to eat as we obviously did not eat as much as expected. There was lots of choice including cook food and freshly cooked cakes and croissants. Pool area lovely. Lovely views. Discovered the lovely Gym on the last day, very impressive. Also worth noting they serve drinks and have a lunch menu. We came for a wedding and they ironed our outfits.

We book a suite which was very spacious with a big terrace but the bed was under the eves and we hit our heads on the ceiling a few times. The balcony was very noisy as it was on the side of the building close to the road. Rooms facing the other side are not noisy. If I return to Hvar would stay again in a different room

Me and my wife came to Hvar as part of our honeymoon road trip. We couldn't have wished for better hosts for our stay on the island. The family instantly make you feel at home - their hospitality is exceptional. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Breakfasts were fantastic and had a wide selection to choose from. We loved the pool area - the loungers were very comfortable! For those looking for a good gym, it was great and had everything you could need for a good workout! Magda, Lidija, and Vincent were truly the best hosts and we loved chatting with them throughout our stay. We really appreciated the drop-off and pick-up into Hvar town. Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts, for making our honeymoon so special! We hope to be back one day in the future! ❤️

Perfect stay at the most amazing hotel, lovely family who own and run it who can't do enough for you. We were fortunate to have the top floor apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool and bay of Hvar, the views from all around the hotel are stunning & perfect sunset location. The room was a great size and had everything required, good shower and bathroom facilities & a fully equipped kitchen with oven and fridge which was handy. The balcony was also huge which was a bonus. The pool was also really good and well maintained & there is a bar to buy drinks and snacks. The hotel is a short distance from the town located on top of a hill so it's a 10 minutes walk down or a 2 minute drive, the family provide shuttle transfers from the hotel to the town whenever you require them free of charge so being up a hill is no problem at all.

Nothing to dislike

The owners bent over backwards to make our stay as relaxing as possible, giving us lifts into town and picking us up and they fid this at the drop of a hat. Vincent, Magda and Lidija are wonderful people. The swimming pool is apparently the biggest on the island and there is also a gym, a pool table and a table tennis table. Breakfasts are lovely, with plenty to eat and cost €18. There are mini-frdges in the bedrooms

The only thing that was a minor irritant was that there was no wardrobe in our room. There were drawers and a hanging rail to get round this. Our sons room had a built-in wardrobe, so we probably drew the short straw.

Well, I had an absolutely fabulous time at Dela! I think it's my favorite place, I've ever stayed. The views, the pool, the room just fantastic! The host family is just sooooooo kind. Thank you Vincent and Magda, for making my stay unforgettable! Yes, it's located a bit outside, but it didn't bother me at all. I walked during the day and in the evening arranged pick up. It was never an issue and someone was always there to pick me up.

Nothing- it was perfect!!!

Rooms were very comfortable. Really enjoyed the balcony and the views. Lots of steps but we expected that being on the hillside. Hosts were wonderful and accomodating. Did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The hotel is not really walkable from town but the hosts gave us rides at no extra cost and when we stayed later in town, it was easy to get a taxi. Breakfast was delicious and freshly made. Plenty of food choices.

Everything. Rooms, common areas, pool are great. Fresh easy breakfast made for your choice from the menu everyday with most of what you need. Great view over the city and the sea from our balcony. The place is run by a amazing family and some of the nicest people i have ever met, Vincent and Lidija! Perfect location 5 minutes away from city center and they would always help with transport, showing us a great time. If we could stay longer we would!

this bed and breakfast is my favorite place in the world. the family who runs this place is sooo sweet and amazing and took care of everything we needed. they were so accommodating. the rooms were all brand new with huge new tvs and amazing balconies. everything was so clean and I took the best shower of my entire trip to Croatia. the pool is amazing and lounges are perfect for a day of relaxation. we will definitely be back here and telling friends and family about this place.

nothing !! it’s amazing. it is a little far from the nightlife but it’s walking distance and easy to get a cab back at night.

Pool area was fantastic: large clean pool, nice chairs and big umbrellas, rec room area with table tennis, pool/billiards, Foosball, etc. Rooms were nice, clean, and fairly spacious with nice balcony and amazing views. Staff (family-run) were quite helpful and very friendly, especially Vincent would would drive you into town and pickup when you needed (without this it would be a bit difficult as it's a fairly long walk from Hvar town or to always have to wait for a cab). We had a great 2 days of lounging by the pool and resting after some busy travel days leading up to our stay.

Breakfast was not included. When I think of a place advertised as a "B&B" I assume breakfast is included,not as an add-on (at least that is typical in North America). So when paying quite a lot for a room, then to have to pay an additional $60 Euros/day for our family of 5 to have a breakfast was a bit disappointing. Wifi was generally very weak in rooms and around pool -- only strong by reception desk. Room cleaning didn't seem to happen automatically -- we had to ask. We had a room with full kitchen but was very understocked: had to ask for pot, pan, spatula, etc.
