SPA was very good - spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

Check-in (we were provided room from a cheaper category than we book and we spent time and nerves to change it). Receptionist try to fool us and explain that it's not possible. Very bad experience especially when the hotel is almost empty and usually 5* hotels try to attract new clients and provide free upgrades. Cleaning services were very bad. Room service was strange - Caesar salad is just green leaves with sauce and a very small portion.

The staff are determined to make you comfortable and relaxed. There is plenty to do and there are opportunities to go to adult or family areas. There are a number of food areas for both snacks or a more formal meal.The Spa is amazing with a large range of treatment and I can recommend the Bali massage and the Turkish bath.

They do not have milk in the rooms for tea or coffee as that is not norm for Turkey. We, however like it and went and bought it.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Kaya Palazzo Resort & Casino, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the fantastic staff (OGUN and FATMA), who were not only friendly but went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service made us feel like royalty. The hotel itself is nothing short of a palace. The elegant decor and luxurious amenities create an inviting atmosphere that feels both grand and comfortable. The room we stayed in - was simply stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with luxurious amenities. The location is ideal, conveniently situated near major attractions, yet peaceful enough to provide a tranquil retreat. And let's not forget the food! The dining options were outstanding, with a diverse menu that catered to every palate. Each meal we enjoyed was a culinary delight, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients and innovative flavors. All was perfect.

The facilities were out of this world. The jacuzzi, the saunas, the steam rooms, and the snow rooms were all free for guests staying at the hotel. I also had an opportunity to have a massage again value for money. Internet was available throughout the resort, and it was strong internet, so that was a bonus, again free to use. The resort has a private access to the beach, so you may love the walk along the beach/sea side etc. There are several restaurants in this resort and i had dinner at the restaurant providing Turkish cuisine, food was appetizing, and again priced appropriately. I didn't get to go to the Casino so cannot comment on this. Buffet breakfast was commendable and there was variety of items available including a can of coke if that is what you wanted to drink rather than cup of tea etc Yes we can't wait to come back again to this resort for at least two weeks, as the 6 nights were too few to sample this resort.

Like everywhere in Cyprus, this is a smoking resort, so for non smokers like my family, we found this off putting, as cigarette smoke lingered outside the corridor to our room. We were promised on our second day that we would be moved to a non smoke room, but this never happened. On the other hand, we did not pursue it. So i am not going to dwell on it. In future, I will book non smoking rooms which I understand are available

we didn’t like only one food point. That was fish restaurant.To our regret, the fish restaurant did not have a good selection of fresh seafood. They brought us rotten and stinky prawns..

The hotel is located on an amazing view facing the sea, hotel is clean, well maintained, and it’s shown that the hotel has managed and worked on the details of each and every corner of its decoration Colors of the hotel are charming and so relaxing to the eyes I have loved and enjoyed my stay with all the facilities that the hotel can offer

I believe that the stuff needs to have better training with the English language to better facilitate the interactions with their guests

Decoration was very nice, inspired by versailles palace. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious and with a lot of choice. Staff were polite and always smiling. The DJ at the beach was excellent, with a lot of different music styles. A fantastic experience for us.

The room service should be a little more cautious when customers don’t want to be disturbed to rest, several times room service team knocked at the door while we explicitely put the do not disturb sign.

Best hotel in Northern Cyprus. Staff very attentive and helpful. Hotel is spotless and very well appointed. Food is excellent.

Music in the morning piped everywhere can be a little much.

We spent 5 nights at Kaya Palazzo; the hotel is a wonderful water front property with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. There was plenty of outdoor space as well as lots of public rooms. The en-suite bedrooms were also luxurious and spacious. A number of good restaurants in particular the breakfast buffet and the “kebab” restaurant were truly first class. Indeed after the breakfast i defy anyone to eat before the evening dinner!!! The staff were friendly and willing but their level of English was limited so a little patience is required. There was a well equipped and spacious gym for those who like that kind of thing. There was a pool deck with a number of pool houses giving direct access to the crystal clear water which was nippy at this time of the year. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property . All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for affordable luxury.

Level of English comprehension by the staff needs to be improved

Excellent food, readiness of staff and helpful butlers and waitress. Good high level facilities. Gym, spa, restaurants all good.

Half of the facilities under reconstructions, it was not mentioned while we were booking. It was two beautiful sunny days during our stay, but the loungers or sun deck is not available.
