Staff were kind, the food was great. What let’s this hotel down is that there is indoor smoking sections with no windows l/ ventilation and are just an open door and few steps away from the main seating area. Which means the children have to inhale smoke when eating. The restaurant is just opposite the casino too where there’s smoking and the smoke seems to get to the rest of the hotel. If you’re a family of smokers this is great but with very small children and asthma I would say this hotel is definitely not for everyone

I have just returned back to the UK after a one week stay with my family of four and we couldn't have had a better experience. The attention to detail in this hotel was phenomenal. The staff were alway on hand to help. Staff in the restaurant and outdoor bars were super efficient, nothing was ever too much trouble! Best all inclusive food we have had. There was more than enough to keep my young children of 6 and 9 entertained.

We really enjoyed the trip and stayed at Merit Park Hotel. Everything was amazing. The staff were so kind and helpful. All the staff in the restaurant had smile on the face and full of energy to serve the guests. The food was amazing. The room was clean. The room service staff were so polite and provided us anything we needed. The receptionists were so friendly and fun. They gave us lots of good directions where to go in Lefkosa and Kyrenia. I just remember two names, Mr Kaan and Mrs Nilay, but every one else had the best manner to the people. The gym was a bit small but we could do the job and manage our daily exercise. We will go there again if we want to go to North Cyprus.

The photos are misleading. While its a nice hotel, major parts of the hotel are not renovated and that is not shown on booking.com, what is shown is a very modern and new property (which it isn't). The room we initially received was not renovated and completely differed to what we saw online. The staff moved us to a renovated one and where very kind but nevertheless perhaps the expectation we had having seen the photos versus the reality was a bit disappointing.

Breakfast was good and staff in restaurant excellent and helpful. Hotel restaurant facilities were clean and well laid out and the outside bar area was great.

Check in was not good. I booked 2 rooms together as we have 2 young kids. The check in clerk advised me that no way can we get together maybe 3 days later. So we all lived in 1 room and the 2nd room was not used. gave up asking the clerk on the 2nd day as i was just wasting my breath.Apart from that the rest of the staff were great.

The hotel is absolutely stunning! The entire property is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. I was delighted by a lovely birthday surprise, which added a personal and thoughtful touch to my stay. The food is simply delicious, with a wide variety of options to cater to every taste. Highly recommend this place for an unforgettable experience!

everything was clean, the room was amazing, spacious and luxurious, the staff was great very helpful and polite. The food was AMAZING and the variety was great! We really felt pampered and spoiled! P.S. great cocktails!

The only thing that we would recommend is that you find a way not to waste so much food.. there are so many people and animals in need.. there should be a way to preserve and redistribute some of the food that gets thrown away in each buffet meal.. the waste is huge..we saw fresh food being thrown away all together in big buckets.. even the cheese that could be so easily reused for cooking.. it is such a shame.. please find a way to give to charity or immigrants that are in so great need... thank you

Friendly staff, not all of them speak English though. But they try to help you anyway. There is a pony club and a playground for kids. The sandy pool looks nice, but rather samll. Sunbeds are very nice.

Absolutely everything. From the first minute we felt welcomed and the staff do everything to make our stay unforgettable. The is varied and tasty. The beach balcony is comfortable and calm. The whole experience was great We will return for sure
