The apartment met our expectations. The location is good, you can reach the beach in a few minutes. Most apartments face the hotel pool rather than the street, so there is no traffic noise. The beds were comfortable, the baby bed had an extra mattress. Overall we are happy with our entire stay. We needed blankets and somw dish washer liquid with which the staff immediately assist us.

I think that school/students live there and are often noisy and run around the corridors. As well often early in the morning there was construction noise or some sort of alarm, but I don't think that's the hotel's fault. We didn't know that cleaners pass doesn't matter if we want or no and several times we were surprised that things are changed, taken and etc.

when you look for hospitality and kindness you defiantly find it among the Cypriots. this Hotel is a very nice warm Cypriot hotel. the furniture might not be for a five star hotel but the warmth and kindness of the people in the Hotel is defiantly 5* LUX Pool was excellent and family oriented.

Hotel is located in a very nice area close to everything but Hotel needs some upgrading. With same management and same kindness I am sure this hotel will be one of the best in Limassol.

I liked the quiet area where the property was situated. It was still close to the highway (not too close thankfully as it’s a hell hole for traffic). The property was generally clean and organised.

The staff and management could’ve smiled now and again and made guests feel they actually appreciated them being there. For example on my last day the phone rang at 11:30 & 11:45, but when I answered nobody was there, or it didn’t connect. Someone later knocked on my door and asked if I was leaving at 12:00 & said I never answered their calls. It was a ‘faulty towers’ comic moment. Something I really didn’t like was finding 2 cockroaches (the small light brown really quick moving ones) on my return one night. Thankfully it was my last night, or I would’ve freaked out.

Large swimming pool and most of it is quite shallow so would be great if you had younger children. We had two bed apartment that led straight onto pool area. Around the pool was pretty in parts. It had some olive trees and flowers but some areas need updating. It was the beginning of season and I think they are working on it. Two bed apartment was spacious and clean. Location near beach and restaurants is good

Yes some furniture and areas needed updating but I think for the price we paid there wasn't much we could complain about.

The owners and staff were very friendly. It is my 2nd time staying there so I already knew that!! The pool. Even though the weather wasn't really warm enough to swim, the pool area was still open and I did spend a few days relaxing in the sun. I was also brave enough just the one time to have a swim!! ❄️

At this price point you start to value things that are considered "must have" in more expensive resorts, but may be missing in the cheaper hotels: - a/c is not just working, but is quiet and mild, so it's comfortable to sleep with it on - bed is a little too firm, but that's a lot better than too soft, so it's quite comfortable - black-out curtains - spacious shower and good water pressure - huge pool on the territory with plenty of sunbeds

Furniture could be newer, and painting requires some refreshing, but as I said - at this price point it was something expected.

The apartment was very clean the service was very good . The staff always very helpful. very nice when i had people over they where very nice to them. The pool was area was okay they made sure it was clean the next day to use..

I thought on a night they could to a lot more for the guest in bar area , It did say on Thursday night about bbq but nothing was on while i was there

I liked everything the location and the hotel apt have pool and playground. Also, I liked the apartment that they reserved for us. It's on the ground floor. Super love it, especially when u have a toddler who wants to explore. I really recommend this apartment for those families who want to have a break. This hotel apartment is very comfy!

Nothing at all

Our 2nd stay. This time we had on of the larger rooms on the 3rd floor. Cheap value stay and the children enjoyed large swimming pool. Great location for tourist end

Apartment was not as clean as the one we had downstairs on our first visit. There was chewing gum on the bed head and the oven was rusted.

It was a good size apartment with pool access and full kitchen.

They did not provide dishwashing detergent and sponge and told us to go buy our own! When you provide a well set up kitchen, you should provide something so that we can actually wash the dishes. It is very petty.
