New room, nice bed, clean, polite reception even though few days ago a younger person when asked for an availability lied when they're were rooms online. New AC, spacious bedroom.

Whoever designed and build that shower that is hitting on the bathroom door needs to resign. Seriously they had room to make a parallel flat shower but they build a square in the corner and Infront of the door as a result the door is opening just 50%! Didn't even think about installing the door opening towards outside. That's all.

This is a low-cost hotel which is ideal if you want to use it as a base to explore Cyprus. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but quite basic. There is a fridge and a kettle, but no tea or coffee, so you’d probably need to get your own. Breakfast was provided and adequate for the start of the day. We stayed in late March and the hotel was not busy.

The bedroom was clean and tidy.The bathroom was also very clean and luxurious with toiletries and towels, something that is necessary to provide as a hotel. Also, the hotel provides a mini fridge, a smart tv with a lovely balcony for smokers The breakfast had a wide variety and was tasty

A small cozy 3 stars Hotel, if u need something not so expensive is perfect. Many thanks to the staff young Giannis and another young girl from the reception both were really helpful and kind. Proper for families also there is outdoor and indoor swimming pool

a tall guy at the reception from the staff ,classical Cypriot but that's fine was just one so no one and nothing :)

It is a very clean and quite place to have some rest and enjoy your sleep. You need a car to go to the city but in 5 minutes walking distance you can find shops for your basic needs . The room was clean and tidy and the staff is friendly and always willing to help you. The price is quite fair for what it offers .

The hotel was quite good overall , but the breakfast became monotonous as they served the same options every day. I stayed for a week, and it got quite boring. Other than that, I had no major issues, and it was worth the money.

The accommodation was great and the staff were able to provide our son with a separate single bed in our Massive room. The pool is perfect for families and the breakfast was great. It is in a good location - very close to a Dam and within a short driving distance of the centre of Limassol.

My dad was having an operation at the German oncology center which is literally 7 min from this hotel, so location was spot on for what we needed. The staff couldn't do enough while we was there. Wonderful staff I loved them. Especially miss Anna, kerikorous not sure I have spelt that name right 😊 and antonias. The chef was so accomadating and lovely too. Rooms are very clean. The only down part was trying to get WiFi upstairs for me. Apart from that brilliant 👏. Thank you Moniatis hotel and its wonderful staff.

I liked everything. Maybe breakfast could start half an hour earlier for those with meetings in the morning
