I travel frequently for both work and leisure, but I’ve rarely felt as genuinely welcome as I did during my stay at this hotel. It was my first time in Cyprus, and the hospitality I experienced - especially from Mr. Nikos - made it feel like a home away from home. I rarely leave reviews but this one will be lengthy. From arranging taxis and offering excellent restaurant and bar recommendations to safely storing my luggage so I could relax before a late-night flight, Nikos went above and beyond at every turn. His kindness, attentiveness, and great sense of humour truly stood out. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and the food was delicious - everything I needed for a great stay. One moment in particular summed up the exceptional service: I accidentally left my perfume in the room and only realized it on the way to the airport. While one staff member initially said nothing had been found, Nikos personally followed up, asked around, and moments later, the cleaning lady arrived with my perfume carefully packed in a bag labeled with my room number. It’s rare to encounter people who care that much. The world could use more individuals like you, Nikos. Thank you, sir!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at AJAX Hotel. The hotel is new, everything works perfectly, and the design is both stylish and thoughtful. The room was spacious—exactly like in the photos, if not better. Unlike many hotels that use wide-angle shots to make tiny rooms appear larger, this is not the case here. The room was actually bigger than it looked online. Every detail in the room felt carefully considered—from the lighting to the storage space. It’s clear that someone truly thought about guest comfort rather than just throwing things together. The room was also very quiet, with excellent blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable—the mattress was excellent, and I slept wonderfully every night. The location is fantastic—surrounded by cafes and restaurants, with a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. For the quality of the hotel, the pricing is incredibly reasonable. The staff are outstanding—extremely friendly, genuinely eager to help, fluent in English, and ready to resolve any issue quickly and professionally. The breakfast buffet was excellent: hot, tasty, varied, and conveniently available from 7 to 10 AM. I came here for work, and the hotel is so well-equipped that you could easily spend your entire stay inside if needed. There’s also a lunch and dinner buffet, and the hotel restaurant serves delicious food. If you need to get to the Marina, it’s only a 5-minute drive. I couldn’t be happier with my choice—this hotel exceeded all expectations. AJAX is simply amazing.

I had a delightful stay! The room was impeccably clean, and the bathroom absolutely sparkled—clearly, attention to detail is a priority here. My room on the 5th floor offered a lovely, peaceful view, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. The staff were friendly and always available, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay, this place won’t disappoint!

Unfortunately, I wasn't too impressed with the buffet, especially the breakfast, which was poor compared to the excellent à la carte dinner menu included in the booking. The weekdays (Mon-Wed) when I had the special menu dinner were a different story—the food was truly incredible then. As for the overall vibe, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this spot for younger crowds, though perhaps it was just the season.

I think the socket adapters could be already in the rooms and for free and not sold on the reception - not because I'm greedy to buy them but rather as a care of clients Sometimes staff is too eager to asking you if need to clean my room - but in general a very nice and kind people A better quality of coffee would be a great bonus but it's only my taste

The room was clean and pretty nice overall. We liked that it had extra pillows in the closet. The button options for cleanup, do not disturb etc were a very nice addition.

One of the days the clean up lady probably forgot to put us toilet papers, hand soap and nescafe/sugar/milk. When we arrived late at night and saw that we didnt have any toilet paper we went to the reception to ask for one and they told us that someone would come up shortly to bring us, but no one came (they could have just given us a toilet roll to pass the night until the next clean up). We had to go to the public toilets to get some toilet paper so we could have the next morning.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good, around 10 minutes to the Marina and town center by car. The free parking was an amazing bonus as we has rental car during our stay.

The only downside was that the elevator was not working for 2 days of my stay, and even after it got fixed it broke down again few hours later. This was very inconvenient specially that my room is on high floors.

Very accommodating receptionist. He helped us and allowed us to have a late check out because we came in late and would stay up very late for a wedding. The bed in the room was super comfortable and the shower was nice. The breakfast was good. The swimming pool was clean. The hotel rooms looked very modern (nice door & doorbell). Overall quite a good hotel.

The location is a bit difficult to find in the neighborhoods. It's a bit far from the coastal hotels at the beginning of Limassol. The prices are already very good in relation to the other hotels in Limassol, but for just one night the price should be lower.

The breakfast was good, the rooms and other facilities were clean, the staff were very professional and polite, very good value for the price.

The location is less good as it is a little bit far from the center. The mini bar didn't work at all and after calling and informing the person in the reception he told me that actually it's not a fridge and not supposed to cool but to keep the temp inside. Very strange response and from 4 stars Hotel you don't expect to receive those types of weird replies.

We stayed at Ajax Hotel from 8-9 of April. When we were checking in, the receptionist told us that we got upgraded to an executive room. The room was very spacious and modern, with a magnificent view of Limassol and hotel's outdoor pool, as we were on the 5th floor. The room was shiny clean as well as every part of the hotel. We also visited the indoor pool and the jacuzzi, a really good place to relax in Ajax Hotel. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a 4 and 5 star hotels combined. It had everything you can imagine. Even fish fillet, pancakes, oat meal, and many different breads to choose from. There's also a table that has traditional Cypriot food, such as haloumi pie, olive pie, tahini pie, Cypriot delights, and rose squash. The best part was 1 hour before checking out. Our room door knocked, and they told us that they were coming from the restaurant. When I opened the door, I saw a lady with a champagne and she asked me, "Who's birthday is today?" Well, yes, it was my birthday. They may find it out from my ID that I gave them upon arrival, as I didn't tell anything to anyone about my birthday. She gave me her warmest wishes and gave me a complementary champagne as a gift from the hotel. This is something I'll never forget, and it definitely gave Ajax a special place in my heart. This hotel surpasses a lot of 5 star hotels. I'm so glad I decided to turn 20 at Ajax Hotel.

There's nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was great! the staff was very welcoming, helpfull and nice on every request. Breakfast was nice. Though the hotel was fully booked - it was quiet. Shower was big and the beds were comfortable. Our flight back was very late, and we were able to use all the facilities of the hotel until we left.

There wasn't eneugh light from the lamps in the room. there was a problem with the balcony lock - it needed stgrenth to open it, so we had to leave it unlocked.
