Sea view from rooms, 4 swimming pools and beach

Administrator Yaroslava wasn’t really friendly and didn’t provide us good service in some questions, also talked to us russian even if i talked to her English and Ukrainian, cos we don’t use language of terroris country, other stuff are cute Other minus - a lot russians

Very friendly staff, super bed with great sea view and balcony. Nice welcoming drink + fruit basket. Thank you for that. Very nice and large outdoor area, with nice pools, sports etc. Nice spa area. Great breakfast! It is really nice going and staying there!

The real beach is a little small, but accessible preferrably to hotel guests. I guess in high season it might be difficult to find room there. The main room is nice and large; the bathroom might seem a little outdated, but still all worked.

Excellent breakfast. Very very friendly staff throughout from reception (Michael) to consierg (Lloyd) to waiters (Albert) and pool lifeguard. Even the young woman who checks the room number for breakfast was very nice.

We were there for 8 nights. The room cleaning staff basically burst into our room twice! The cleaning in the room was not thoro! We had cigarette butts on the balcony (we don’t smoke) and unused old jacuzzi with dirt on the balcony. Some of the bushes along the boardwalk need toe cleaned.

The property was in an ideal locations close by shops etc, and the sunny sea view room we had was lovely, glad we paid extra for sea view as wouldn’t have been happy other side looking over the car park without any sunshine. Nice basket of fruit and bottle of wine on arrival in room (which I think was Complimentary, we didn’t drink the Red Wine as not Red wine drinkers). Breakfast room was lovely and clean and a vast choice from fruits, cereals, breads and hot foods all hot. Nice friendly staff in all parts of the hotel.

The room, was ideal although pillows uncomfortably, rooms cleaned daily, clean towels etc but no tea,coffee facilities replenished on our second morning. leisure complex clean and indoor swimming pool a nice warm (29deg), although had to go outdoors from the main hotel building.

Nice location with direct access to the beach. Prices for the food at the restaurant are a bit high but portion sizes are big. The Ladies at the reception were nice and friendly. Overall the hotel is good for the price we paid.

They could take more care of the cleaning in the room. One time we had some dirty bed linen, one time some ink was spilled on the toilet paper. Sometimes the used glasses in the room were cleand and sometimes they were left dirty. Prices for Cocktails are quite steep (10€+). as others mentioned there are no free plugs in the room, you have to unplug something and there are no plugs next to the bed.

Everything was perfect

The spa is not inside the hotel but instead a short two-minute walk away. While that might not seem like a big deal, it becomes quite inconvenient when it’s freezing outside. You have to step out into the cold, walk over, and then do the same on the way back, which isn’t exactly ideal when you’re looking for a relaxing experience. A covered walkway or an indoor connection would make a huge difference. If you’re visiting in the warmer months, this probably won’t be an issue, but for winter guests, it’s something to consider. Other than that, the hotel itself was lovely, and I would recommend it—just be prepared for a chilly trip to the spa!

The facilities were very good, especially the outside dining and beach side areas. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food in the bar area was good and there was a very good dou playing nice music in the evening followed by a great belly dancing show. The location was good for easy access to the marina and other places of interest. The room had an excellent sea view with a fridge, tea & coffee facilities and a welcome bottle of water. The beachfront location was actually on yhe beach, unlike others that were advertised as beachfront but required a walk across the main road to access their facilities. The beach was well maintained and although dome stones, was sandy with good access and excellent beach side bars and restaurants. The hotel had a soa which looked lovely. But we did not have time to use. There were good shops for beachwear and general services with very friendly staff. The car park had easy access to the hotel. The overall standard was very high for a mid priced hotel, and we would recommend this hotel to others.

We made a late booking on the day of our stay but the advertised room in the main building was not available so we were put in the adjaceoverflow building which was advertised at a slightly lower rate, but did not receive a refund for the difference. The staff at the beach bar were quite busy and struggled to maintain the demand at a couple of peak times. The pillows in the room were quite hard and would have preferred softer ones, but only there for 2 nights, so did not speak with the staff.

The choice of loungers and pools is excellent. So many different areas. Breakfast had a lovely outdoor area to sit. Loved the location, it was close to everything and a nice distance from the main road too. Felt secluded. The room lighting options were great and the views were lovely

Didn't like the indoor pool, it felt dated and the water was cold. The breakfast staff were not very friendly they didn't acknowledge you when you walked in or engaged with you at all. The beach front is very rocky and not many loungers there.

The breakfast buffet is impressive in size and variety. The property is located at the beach, so it's a short stroll through the hotel to a great swim and back into shade (especially useful for the scorching heat in summer time!). The staff were especially helpful and friendly. Really no negatives in our stay.

I thought the facilities could do with an update. Furthermore, the center of the city is accessible by car (or bus), but it's too far away to go on foot. However, there are a large number of restaurants and bars in the area, so as not to need daily access to the city center.

Location and ample parking with well maintained landscaping. Large pools and small private beach area. Helpful staff at reception including security man and housekeeping.

Breakfast was always the same. Juices tasted cheap. Cold cuts like salami and others were the cheapest processed one can find. Fruit salad and peaches etc were the canned type. Fresh fruit finished very often and took long to be topped up. Definitely regretted choosing the B'Fast option. Extractor in the bathroom did not work. Some walls were cracked (inside and outside balcony area). No TV channels. Safe had a numeric pad which does not work and hade to get the key from reception (not safe at all). 2 elevators are not enough for the number of rooms and on one day had to take the stairs as both elevators were stuck. Price paid i expected more out of a 4 star hotel.
