I liked a lot the location! Hotel beach was at the front. Beach towels were given everyday by the hotel. Room was spacious with a nice view and very clean. Food was good especially the breakfast - very tasty scambled eggs and a huge variety of fruits, sweets, baked goods etc.

Sometimes we felt that the hotel was understaffed especially when we asked for clean towels or waited to be served at the bar near the pool. Staff was friendly but had to accommodate lots of tourists. So more people needed in this place for everything to run smoothly with no delays.

Administrator Yaroslava wasn’t really friendly and didn’t provide us good service in some questions, also talked to us russian even if i talked to her English and Ukrainian, cos we don’t use language of terroris country, other stuff are cute Other minus - a lot russians

- We really liked tennis court that was free of charge so you could play a much as you wanted.The surface was artificial grass. - The breakfast was delicious. Even vegetarians had plenty of options. - The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. - Late check out was possible for 100€ - the sea view from the room was amazing - easy access to the beach - limassol harbour was 20min by bus (so long due to the traffic) Overall we had really great holiday there!

- The bathrooms could be renovated but no worries it is just being nit-picking - lack of sockets next to the night tables

Very friendly staff, super bed with great sea view and balcony. Nice welcoming drink + fruit basket. Thank you for that. Very nice and large outdoor area, with nice pools, sports etc. Nice spa area. Great breakfast! It is really nice going and staying there!

The real beach is a little small, but accessible preferrably to hotel guests. I guess in high season it might be difficult to find room there. The main room is nice and large; the bathroom might seem a little outdated, but still all worked.

This hotel is realy great ! I was surprised how good it was in so many aspects ... Beatiful location, 4 great pools, rooms were better than expected, music and shows every night and a friendly helpfull stuff trying to assist and support any issue. Drinking water available, the bar had great food, many cats to pet for the kids, water sport near by, the private beach is great eventhogh no sandy beach entrence ...

All was good. Maybe upgrading lunch/ dinner menue ... But still the resturant stuff compensate for this weakness.

The property was in an ideal locations close by shops etc, and the sunny sea view room we had was lovely, glad we paid extra for sea view as wouldn’t have been happy other side looking over the car park without any sunshine. Nice basket of fruit and bottle of wine on arrival in room (which I think was Complimentary, we didn’t drink the Red Wine as not Red wine drinkers). Breakfast room was lovely and clean and a vast choice from fruits, cereals, breads and hot foods all hot. Nice friendly staff in all parts of the hotel.

The room, was ideal although pillows uncomfortably, rooms cleaned daily, clean towels etc but no tea,coffee facilities replenished on our second morning. leisure complex clean and indoor swimming pool a nice warm (29deg), although had to go outdoors from the main hotel building.

Excellent breakfast. Very very friendly staff throughout from reception (Michael) to consierg (Lloyd) to waiters (Albert) and pool lifeguard. Even the young woman who checks the room number for breakfast was very nice.

We were there for 8 nights. The room cleaning staff basically burst into our room twice! The cleaning in the room was not thoro! We had cigarette butts on the balcony (we don’t smoke) and unused old jacuzzi with dirt on the balcony. Some of the bushes along the boardwalk need toe cleaned.

Everything was perfect

The spa is not inside the hotel but instead a short two-minute walk away. While that might not seem like a big deal, it becomes quite inconvenient when it’s freezing outside. You have to step out into the cold, walk over, and then do the same on the way back, which isn’t exactly ideal when you’re looking for a relaxing experience. A covered walkway or an indoor connection would make a huge difference. If you’re visiting in the warmer months, this probably won’t be an issue, but for winter guests, it’s something to consider. Other than that, the hotel itself was lovely, and I would recommend it—just be prepared for a chilly trip to the spa!

Nice location with direct access to the beach. Prices for the food at the restaurant are a bit high but portion sizes are big. The Ladies at the reception were nice and friendly. Overall the hotel is good for the price we paid.

They could take more care of the cleaning in the room. One time we had some dirty bed linen, one time some ink was spilled on the toilet paper. Sometimes the used glasses in the room were cleand and sometimes they were left dirty. Prices for Cocktails are quite steep (10€+). as others mentioned there are no free plugs in the room, you have to unplug something and there are no plugs next to the bed.

They upgraded our rooms. The staff was very friendly, exspecially the Latvian receptionist girl. The water of the outside swimming pools were cold, but the kids enjoyed the inside pool. There is a big parking lot. Restaurants and stores are in walking distance.

I wanted to swim in the sea, but there are big rocks in the water so I couldn't walk inside (not only me an other older guy turned back also). It is problematic for thoose people who have problem with their legs (like me). May be they can put there a ramp...
