People service facilities and food was great

No air con or fans

Location was good, easy to park, nice sea view. Friendly restaurant, bar and cleaning staff. Bed was extremely comfy and mattress was new. I made requests for a shower room due to mobility and these requests were met. There is also a drying rack on balcony which is handy for when you hand wash your swim suit and hang your towels to dry. The restaurant staff are lovely but wider food selection would improve the overall experience. There are lots of sun beds around pool which is great.

Smart TV would be better, free-to-use pool towels would be good. Would have preferred rooms to be equipped with tea/coffee as there is a kettle but no tea/coffee.

The location is great. Close to great restaurant , beaches, bars and clubs. Bus stop is right outside and bus 30 can take you to the centre. The staff , especially Ms Koula and Christos are very friendly and welcoming. The cleaners are great. Our room was cleaned daily. The pool is nice and the hotel has different themes for dinner every night. I can see they're making an effort.

The breakfast is bad- it feels as if you are still in 2000. Cornflakes, sugary yoghurts..we stayed there for 5 days and we got bored very quickly with the options. Everything is low quality. The bacon tastes bad , the omelet is weird looking. Suggestion = have fewer items but better quality and more 2025 vibe! Hire a chef to design the breakfast menu. Also the rooms are quite small , and the water pressure got on my nerves. If it's like this in May , how will it be in August?

It seems as the Hotel management trying to Cut cost on the expense of Customer basic needs: The juices in breakfast are mixed with a lot of water - it is rediclous .... The AC inside the room does not cooling ... yes i know it is not mid-summer but sometimes need to cool the room. Rich salads at Dinner are replaced with "Cheaper" versions once finished. The maid did not change the sheets and towels even after 3 days.... and then only when asked to. The body soap in the showers are placed in bottles that make it super hard to use it.

We chose the hotel to be close to family who have recently moved locally. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The room was a good size and a very comfy bed and a decent size for a couple of chubbies like us. We even had an extra bed. The pool area was well maintained and monitored, the pool is an ideal size and was never busy. Both restaurants inside and out were well stocked with a good selection and really tasty. It’s a good location for walks on the coastline plus close to many shops, bars and restaurants. The cat feeding station outside the hotel is great if you’re a cat lover. All in all a fantastic hotel at a great price point and we will definitely be staying again.

Overall the hotel was spot-on for what we wanted. The perfect accommodation for a couple who want to go out in the day & evenings. Everything was clean, tidy, modern and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast and timings were good. Cocktails at the bar were reasonably priced and staff very accommodatin and the room was a good size. The balcony was perfect and the additional touches we requested were tastefully provided

There weren’t any plug sockets at the bedside which would have been more convenient. The light switches for the room were behind the bed & pillows so we often switched the lights on by accident when moving in the night. Also, a kettle and paper cups were provided but no tea or coffee so felt slightly pointless

The breakfast was very good and varied, offering plenty of choices, including fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and a selection of beverages. The dining area was clean, well-organized, and comfortable, making the experience enjoyable. The room was clean but a bit small, with comfortable bedding and well-maintained furniture. The bathroom was clean but only provided basic toiletries, though the shower had good water pressure. The air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature throughout our stay.

The staff at the reception was okay but not particularly friendly. Additionally, although the room had a safe as advertised on Booking, an extra fee was required to use it. While the room included an electric kettle, there were no complimentary coffee, sugar, or tea provided. This was not mentioned in the room description at the time of booking, which felt misleading. Considering the price we paid compared to other places we’ve stayed, we expected these basic amenities to be included without additional charges.

Good parking facility. Bright and clean. Pleasant staff. Room basic but clean. Food fairly average. But as I was attending Mediterranean hospital to visit my husband it was convenient to drive to. Reasonable price.

Would've been nice to have coffee and tea in room to have as their was a kettle.a spare blanket would've been nice as the evening turned a little chilly and also 2 extra pillows not just one.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us understand the transportation options and more. The room was spacious and clean. The location is perfect—right next to a dance bar, with a small supermarket and a lovely Irish bar just across the street. Getting around by bus to and from the hotel was very easy. I will definitely come back!

The shower was very spacious, which was amazing, but the water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak. However, the pressure in the gym's shower was strong, so it might have just been an issue with our room. We didn’t mention it to the staff, so there are no complaints on that front.
