Good breakfast buffet. Nice cozy hotel. Polite staff

Although the room we had was lovely the view wasn't. It was a lovely cold day with snow in the air our room was at the back with no view as it was just a wall and trees in some little courtyard. We would have preferred one of the front rooms with views. Also should have a kettle in room.

The location.

Our room was tired and dated, in need of refurbishment. Whilst the pool area was nice, it was extremely difficult to access for anyone with mobility issues, as there wasn’t a lift that went down to the level of the pool. There is a smaller outdoor and indoor pool at an accessible level but they only offer ladder steps to enter the water, which again can be an issue for some people. The choice on the a la carte menu was limited for main meals. The gift shop and spa are permanently closed, which was very disappointing, as my husband had been planning to book some treatments as a birthday gift for me.

The hotel is located on top of a hill, with a beautiful view over the village of Agros, recently renovated, classic and new at the same time, comfortable and friendly. I received a large room with a beautiful view and a spacious balcony. The hotel car park is large enough and I always found a place no matter what time I arrived. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and a couple of times we had a nice dinner at the hotel. The staff was very kind, smiling and professional. All in all, we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rodon

We stayed for seven days and we would have liked a bit of variety at breakfast, not every day a different menu, but every two or three days it can be changed. The breakfast was very tasty, but the same things every day. The refrigerator did not cool down enough.

Location was excellent and the hotel has beautiful grounds particularly the large pool area , the hotel is also very airy and offers many areas to relax. The room was very comfortable , particularly the bed with a nice balcony .The breakfast offered a generous choice of foods , as did the evening meal . The wonderful location is perfect for trekking or just enjoying the peace and tranquility

The breakfast hot food was cold .The evening meal was generous in choice but sadly the cooked meats and fish were overcooked and dry. The waiting staff were expressionless and a smile costs nothing 😁this could be perfect with a few small changes

Comfortable bed and room with balcony. The hotel was not very crowded and thus everything was quiet. The pools were open but at this time of the year the water was cold, nice to cool down your feet though and read a book on one of the beds. Breakfast was excellent, diner buffet was a bit disappointing. At 6 minutes walking distance you can find a more cosy tavern.

We missed a bit of information at arrival, like WiFi code, where to find the pools, what about dinner time and costs, what could be nice to do in the neighbourhood.

I loved the room the view from the balcony was beautiful! the grounds around the hotel are lovely too..We appreciated the early check in..Agros is a lovely village.. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Food wasn't great ,dissatisfied with my burger had to give it back. Long wait to get service bu to be fair it was a holiday but we felt ignored ,The Good thing was I was given a discount on my meal . Breakfast is so so.

The hotel is located in the mountains with a great view. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are 2 pools to swim and sitting area. The breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from. The room was nice and clean.

Just a tiny detail, that the room didn't have an adapter and the one that the staff gave us was faulty one. As it was the last one they had, we couldn't charge our phones. It's better to always carry your own adapter.

The location, the village and mountains, the beautiful view from the balcony, the fresh air, staff and many places for walking. You can really rest here, from busy cities.

Bad soundproof, I closed the balcony but I really heard my neighbors conversation even they didn't speak aloud, and music from upstairs room. But fortunately it wasn't long. And for vegans there are small choices of food for breakfast, only tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes and grapes. Maybe for somebody it can be important information. But I don't decrease the grade because of food (it's only my personal desires for more options for vegans), overall, it was good and different options for others.

The hotel has been renovated. The room was a good size and comfortable. Nice lobby. Staff were friendly. Great location and views.

We had dinner at the restaurant, which was buffet. Food was ok, and a pit pricey.

The place with its gardens is amazing, room spacious, nice breakfast, facilities - pool, tennis court, ....

Pillows were too stiff (but not a major problem). Receptionists were always extremely busy and stressed dealing . Maybe more info in a room or at the desk would help. (Booklets with info about hotel, food times, options, info about the use of facilities, surrounding areas options)
