The hotel is located very close to the the city center and just a 15-minutes walk away from the beach. There is a super marked close by and so are many good restaurants for every wallet-size. The neighborhood is safe and you can park your car in the courtyard. The hotel is run by the very kind owner and his brother, who is cast in the same mold. The cosy rooms are clean, calm and they contain everything needed. The beds are comfy and the bathroom has even a bathtub. On the balcony with a pool view you can sit and relax in chairs on a table whilst feeling like Mitch Buchannon watching the swimmers swimming. The tasty and rich breakfast is served in a well-spaced dining hall. The well kept interior hotel spreads the charm of a past that many of us already begun to miss more and more. It feels like walking down memory lane.

Nothing, none, and not a thing. The hotel certainly offers much more as one could expect for the money paid.

Decent enough hotel for a short stay in Polis. Friendly, helpful staff/owner, and reasonably priced. (We had 5 rooms for 2 nights for approx 500euros in peak season, cant complain at that !) Clean rooms/beds. Plenty of parking space, quick check-in, lift to all floors, decent swimming pool, aircon, free wifi, short walk to Polis centre. , Supermarket close by for all those bits and pieces you left at home. We have stayed at Marion Hotel several times now and enjoyed our stays there.

My only complaint (and I know it's minor) is the TVs are too small and satellite package is local only. (I'm an English guy whom likes to watch BBC news, Brit channels, etc) Apart from this, everything else was fine.

I paid 35€ per night in August for a room with a balcony and pool view. I do not understand the bad reviews, what does one expect? Yes, it is old and maybe a little out of date, but it was clean, and the air conditioning does work if you listen at the reception to how to turn it on the right way. It has a very good price-performance ratio. The couple who runs the hotel/reception was super nice and very helpful.

I didn't have breakfast, but looked good and other guests enjoyed. This is not a boutique hotel, thank goodness. It has a slightly old-fashioned charm, and is remarkable value for money. The pool is big and lovely, never crowded. Plenty of loungers and parasols, pretty garden. The view from bedrooms is lovely, sea views at the back. Big supermarket over the road for snacks. Try the locals place to the left, cross road. Cheap beer and wine, served with tasty meze.

Not everything works perfectly, but owner-manager Michael will try hard to fix it. If you don't like quirky, you might not like it here. Personally I hope it never changes.

When I saw the rating of the hotel I was skeptical, but after all everything was ok. I understand that some people are giving bad reviews because they expect much more than they should expect from a 2-star hotel. People feel they are misled but there is nothing misleading about the place. Read the description well before you book. What it says there is what you get. Nothing more, nothing less. Stuff is great. There were knocking on the door everyday asking me if i want the room to be cleaned or if i need something.

I would suggest removing the carpet from the floor. Also a small size fridge in the room might be usefull

Perfect location as only about 10 minute walk to the town centre. Very peaceful & relaxing. Staff very friendly & happy to help. Pool & garden area absolutely gorgeous

Bath/shower could have been better but for the price, still good & the water pressure from the shower was excellent

Simple hotel for just about your needs at an unbeatable price! 10 minutes walk from the central bus station and a supermarket right across the street. Very nice and welcoming staff.

Still could be a little bit cleaner but definitely worth the price! I’d stay again.

Very relaxing calm. And peaceful Family Run Michael the manager was lovely The pool was fantastic cleaned every day Free sunbeds and very comfortable I went alone but felt yotally at ease Micheal brother ran the breakfast and he always made us laugh and brought us anything we asked for Michael mum and dad would sit on the dining room and would give us a cool drink after the beach His mum was is such a beautiful lady.. always had a cuddle with her My bed was made everyday clean towels and toilet paper were provided every couple of days Any complainers on here should think about how much they have paid and not expect five star service. Loved every minute of my holiday here and would not hesitate to go back

The only thing I would say is they could do with a drinks machine so when the bar was shut you has access to cold drinks without having to bother poor Michael whom works day and night to satisfy his guests..

Very nice stay once again. It,s not the Hilton but a very good BUDGET HOTEL. Clean rooms, 24 hrs hot water and a nice Pool in the backyard with Palm Trees and lots of green .Will definately come again. Thank you for your hospitality Michalis !

It is very easy going which I like. It's clean and spacious. Lovely garden and swimming pool. Brilliant WiFi. Opposite the Papantoniou supermarket which is very handy and everything near by including shops, bank, coffee shops, sport shops, gym, 2 lovely restaurants that I tried. Bus stop outside if needing to bus it to Latsi, the Harbour a and further to explore the Pafos Region. It took me about 25 mins to walk to Polis beach. Further along is Latsi beach which is wonderful. I had initially booked two nights but booked longer.

I like it alot. I love that feeling of being free to enjoy your experience/holiday. And at the Marian Hotel I felt I had that.
