A nice country estate with a good restaurant, comfortable and well-equipped roooms and very, very nice staff. Especially the lady in the reception was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean, with everything you basically need.

The place is a bit in the middle of nowhere - which was exactly what we were looking for, so no problem. But if you wanna go out for the night, be warned.

The girl at check-in desk was fabulous and very bubbly and friendly a truly amazing and welcoming host. Partially because of her friendly welcome we chose to come back for another night. I am sorry I don’t remember the name:) Property is cozy, lots of space, good bed. And food in restaurant amazing.

- The receptionist was very friendly. Went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. - Parking - Breakfast was being refilled right away.

- No activities for kids given it is a farmstay, you expect more for the kids.

Parking in the front of the building. Receptionist Michaela was super helpful and friendly. Massage was a great idea! Wellness available and the highlight was horse riding and watching them while eating at the restaurant. We realy enjoy stay at Vysoká Liberec is just cca 10 míns huge play area Babylon is just stunning! Skywalk in Poland cca 50 míns by car was great experience. Breakfast was OK.

Beds weren't ready for us when we arrived, in December was not heating on only when we asked for. In one of the rooms the bathroom was very smelly. Receptionist Míša and chef fixed everything for us. Thank you! At night we could hear droning sound.

Placed in beautiful surroundings. The staff was very sweet. Nice atmosphere. The horseback riding😊

The smell of chlorine in theroom. I had read in some other reviews that the smell of chlorine in the room was horrible, and I was thinking, how bad can it be? But it was pretty bad. I could hardly breathe and we had to wash down the whole bathroom with water. It helped.

Beautiful region, cozy atmosphere, hygienic, good food in the restaurant (menucard is only in Czech, no English), very nice, large room with perfectly working air conditioning!

We had two dogs with us, which we had to pay way too much for! (Almost 100 euros for three nights) They didn't even get a treat, a toy, a blanket in the room,... Which for this price should have been at least! The passage to the hotel rooms is in the same place as the photobooth when parties are organized. We found that too crowded and not practical. Moving the photobooth or an extra entrance would solve this.

For a hotel I was disappointed that there were no tea, coffee making facilities in the rooms or water. We arrived late on and couldn't get anything. Also at breakfast they were very strict about times. At 10am they literally kicked us out made us feel uncomfortable bring there.

- excellent location, perfect surrounding, very quiet in the middle of nature - availability of horse riding - spacious rooms and restaurant, nice playground for kids - big restaurant, tasty food (dinner, lunch - a la carte selection)

- interaction with the personnel, experience of receptionist very poor (we met 2 different during our stay and both stated, they are in training), no recommendation - breakfast selection not reflecting presence on farm (low selection) - room maintenance (difficult to open the roof window)

Everything was perfect. Especially environment in the region. Definitely I will go there again. This time with a little adventure of horse riding the owners of this place offers
