Location, location, location. Breakfast was fantastic. Really, everything was great. We were so pleased that management spoke English and we were able to leave our bags to go walking on our final morning.

The only thing is the curtains/blinds. I struggle to sleep in light rooms and the curtains, beautiful though they were, really did not keep out the early morning light.

It started with a very friendly welcome from the manager. The hotel is very tastefully designed with nice artwork everywhere. The facilities are top - I especially liked the shower - and the location as central as it gets. The breakfast was also well above average. Well done! We will certainly come back if we pass through Zittau again and can highly recommend the hotel.

Delightful hotel in market square with view of hills around. Rooms well-appointed, beds very comfortable. Fresh breakfast buffet. Staff prepared scrambled eggs on request. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to sit on the sunny roof terrace.

We really enjoyed the artful design of the hotel, the mix of historical elements in the building with modern art was very tasteful and pleasing. The breakfast was really nice as well, including eggs made to order, salmon, etc. The overall impression was of a very high quality and we very happy we selected the Superior room.

Excellent location near everything. Beautiful room with amazing view. Loved the upper terrace and stunning views. Breakfast was delicious with great service. Looking forward to a return visit in the future!
