- receptionist during Check-in was very nice, full of smile and very helpful. She provided us vouchers for icecream and even before we arrived she helped us over the phone with reserved parking place as well as help with the room equipped by king/queen size bed because we did not want separated ones - all well done according to our requests. Thank you :) - the room itself was around 20m2 - ok for 2 persons for single or even more days. Nothing was missing, the room had wardrode, table with coffee machines with coffee capsules, TV, internet access (I measured apx. 13/11Mb usable for streaming or voice calls with low jitter), many towels, soup, shower gels. Our room had single sink and shower tube. All functional and clean - bed(s) ok, average comfort, not narrow, size ok - no issues here at all - breakfast contained all we were looking for - mixed eggs, sausage, bason, few types of cheese, fresh bakery goods, fresh and tasty juice, some cakes and many others. - we were allowed to park until 2PM same day of leave - that was nice gesture from the receptionist. We also received bottle of water during check out :)

Nice hotel in walking distance from the Hluboka castle. Great selection for breakfast. We were surprised the wellness was not very full even though we were there on a rainy day (and the staff told us there were more people than normally), so, we enjoyed it a lot. Hotel has enough parking spaces.

Hotel has great location in Hluboka, easy to reach with the car, easy to park. Lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. Guys in the restaurant were great, always smiling and polite. Breakfast was tasteful, wide selection. As we have quite a small kids, we loved the "kids' corner" with a lot of toys and also a little playground outside.

Nothing wrong with the bathrooms, but in this kind of the hotel I'd expect a little more.. More modern, renovated..

Everything was perfect, I didn't realize I chose this hotel for my parents for the second time - and they weren't complaying. :) I booked it a few days before for the event "Země Živitelka" in České Budějovice when literally EVERYTHING affordable in the city and around is usually sold out. So this was a nice surprise to find such an accomodation really close to the city. There is all you need and expect from a hotel of its category, complimentary hygiene products, water bottles, and exceptional breakfast with a wide choice of both cold and hot meals (including pancakes, desserts for example; my mom especially liked the choice of vegan/almond milk). Working TV, comfortable beds too. There is a fancy restaurant with lovely food next to the hotel and a big parking place. Price/value 200%!

Clean rooms, comfy bed, and nice overall vibe. Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff members were very responsive and nice/accommodating. Would stay again!

Missed air conditioning but if you open the large windows, you get a nice breeze.

Ask room with a lake view if you wanna a quiet night .

Everything was perfect, room, service, parking, breakfast, sightseeings. Pitty, that we stayed just 1 night. At least good tip to return.

The blonde Girl at the Reception was very politely and kind, such a perfect receptionist. And the young cleaning lady, who showed me the right way was also very nice ;)
