Staff is good, very positive. the check-in and check-out were easy and fast. No problem at all. Breakfast is fine, rather good selection of products. Nothing negative to say about the hotel.

It is not an negative, but rather that you are aware of it: the parking is in the inner territory, and it is rather limited in space and possibility to maneuver, especially is one or another car if someone has parked without care about others... be ready to use your parking skill. The English /German skills at the reception is rather simplified, but was sufficient to get things organized. ... One thing, what would be nice to add: nice real coffee, not just filtered, but real coffee from the espresso machine.

The hotel is located in the city center. It is clean, the furniture is new, the beds are extremely comfortable, the room is being clean and make-up daily during breakfast time. On the table during breakfast there are some specific Czech sausages and cheeses which definitely deserve attention, the deserts too. There is internet connection available. The staff is very nice and willing to help. We had a very, very pleasant stay. Thank you for this great stay!

Everything was just perfect, polite and friendly staff, big and clean rooms, big bathroom with all you need inside, breakfast offering great choice of food and drinks, free parking in the backyard of the hotel. Location was also perfect less than 10 min on foot to the city center and ca. 20 min on foot to Budwar brewery.

Only one small thing that disturb us was not having some curtain or plastic separation beside bathtub to prevent water from showering to come into the bathroom and making it fully wet.

The hotel is well located, few minutes on foot outside the pedestrian zone/historical center. A shopping mall is also nearby. Free parking at the backyard but with a narrow entry, need to be careful. Breakfast included in the price of the room, typical buffet options. Daily cleaning.

Good, basic breakfast with a wide range of choices. Helpful staff always available, even late in the evening.

The pillow was rather lumpy and foam-filled. The curtains were thin, so it was very bright early in the morning.

Dated decoration. Staff at reception was not very friendly, maybe due to language barriers.
