Hotel have own parking space for small fee - superb solution if you are by car. Breakfast was rich - above usual hotel standard, even coffee was better than in standard hotel! (+ pancakes!) At the Fri/Sat evening it is even possible to use hotel bar until early morning! (much appreciated) Room was nice, big enough, beds comfy, clean. Nice outside seating.

Small problem was small step to bathroom so you need to take care and not hit your toe. There is no elevator so you need to climb 1-2 floors. No balcony in our room and no AC - but we know this before.

The staff were very helpful, especially as we had a few small issues with the parking and the door to the room. They were overcome quickly and the staff were very friendly and willing to help. The apartment was very large and comfortable, it had air conditioning which was very appreciated on a hot weekend. The location is good , most places in Pilsen could be reached in a 10-20 minute walk. The breakfast was quite good with a lot of options.

The shower in the bathroom was quite small even though the bathroom was huge! The bath in the bathroom is a normal bath and not a jacuzzi.

This hotel has a central location and we were really impressed by the breakfast offer. The room was clean and the beds were spacious for a family of four, given the price which we found was very friendly. The parking was extra, but in an inner courtyard behind a barrier and the price was very reasonable as well. The Pilsner beer along with water in the room was a very appreciated Czech gesture! The ice box for it worked fine as well.

The TV didn't work at the beginning, but they promised to fix it right away. We weren't actually planning to watch it, so we asked them to do it afterwards.

The hotel is very modern with stylish rooms. The breakfast was amazing, offering bunch of options. The location is excellent, close to the city center. Parking is simple and automated in the parking lot of the hotel.

There was no air-condtioning in the room, so it was rather hot during the nights. Fans are available in the room though.

Unfortunately because of contactless entrance we were not able to park, we came to the hotel at 22:10 when the reception wasn’t working already and the pin for the parking didn’t work even though we paid for the parking, we tried to call to reception but no one was already answering. So we had to park outside even though parking was paid

+ Very welcoming staff, although we arrived shortly before closing of the reception. + Lovely breakfast, much better that we expected, with a great selection of food, and even a prosecco at the entrance! + Nice and clean room, which also was pretty quiet. + Parking spot in the backyard (extra fee, though).

• Just in case you’d need it: there is no elevator. (We managed an it was not a problem.)

Excellent location, close to the city center and main attractions. The room was big and comfortable and the breakfast was great ( though it is the same everyday so,.no surprises there)

There is no elevator. We had a room on the 3rd floor, we didn't have much issue with that, but I think it can be a problem for some folks.

we enjoyed the online check in, and also check out.. basically no need to talk to anyone :-) the breakfest was beyond expectations... there was also one man listening to his phone on a higher volume and staff came to nicely tell him to shut it down as the other guests wanna enjoy a quiet morning.. that I appreciated a lot.

at the evening we got a bit cold and could not figure out how the heating works.. - early November..

The online check-in and check-out worked without any problems. The hotel responded quickly to questions via the Booking.com app. Large and tasty breakfast buffet. The hotel is close to the city center. The rooms were very clean.

Very nice place, quiet, close to the centre, very clean. Good parking at a reasonable price. The dog was welcome. The room was a bit small for 4 grown-ups but we managed just fine. We could even have our laundry washed (came back nearly dry the same day) free of charge. Breakfast is ample!

Wi-fi quality seems to differ in different parts of the house. But it was sufficient.
