All round a great Hotel and stay, Location is no 1, check in & out was a breeze, room had a amazing view of the Cathedral & Square. The rooftop Terrace was nice we had a few drinks there. 24hr reception and security at nights (possibly weekend nights). Breakfast room is a good size and the variety of food was the best we have experienced in Hotels in few years, all the food was always topped up no matter if you arrived for breakfast at 09:30. Luggage room to store your baggage upon arrival or departure.

Only thing that would fault our stay was there was no form of AC in the rooms, I know they look aesthetically bad from the outside of the buildings but even a portable AC fan would have done. Which we had in our stay in Prague.

The hotel is located right on the main square, which is perfect for exploring Plzeň. My room faced the inner courtyard, so there was absolutely no noise—even with the window open. There’s also an additional inner door in the room, which adds to the sound insulation. The room was clean and relatively spacious. It included a kettle with tea and coffee, a coded safe, and a paid minibar. Breakfast was varied and high-quality, served in a lovely restaurant overlooking the main square—a great way to start the day.

In single room the bed was fairly wide, the mattress was quite thin—more suitable for a teenager than a grown adult. A more supportive mattress would really improve the comfort.

Right at the main square of Plzen so the historic center is within walking distance. The hotel has a closed parking lot for about 12 cars in the neighbouring street (20 meters from the hotel's entrance), price is favourable. Heating in the room can be adjusted individually, we were there in winter so no aircon was not an issue for us. The bathroom was spacious, the bed was OK. Breakfast has great choice of hot and cold, sweet and salty and fruits. There is a robot waiter collecting the dishes: not very efficient but certainly amusing.

I was doing a road trip with my daughter and wanted a twin. Room and hotel were clean and staff were accommodating. Parking out the back was fine and convenient with a back door in the hotel. Breakfast was the usual cooked and continental fayre and was good. The location of the hotel is ideal for mooching around the areas bars and restaurants and sights. Amongst other things to see, the cathedral, the Skoda Works, pilsner factory. Cheap fuel locally too.

Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is in an Excellent location next to the main square with lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep it’s a great base for exploring the city. The roof top terrace was fantastic to sit out and have a drink looking out over the city. The staff were great very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was also included and was a perfect start to our days the robot waiter clearing tables was a personal highlight of our trip.

The only negative I have and it is only my preference was that the beds were extremely soft but that’s a personal preference preferring a firm mattress otherwise a faultless stay

Excellent location. Clean, comfortable and helpful staff.

Lifts were variable. Because they use an iPad to control them rather than simple buttons that have worked for hundreds of years. If the touchscreen crashed, the lift was out of service while it restarted. For some strange reason, there is a robot to clear tables in the breakfast room. It is pretty pointless. It attracts children who think it’s a toy and people taking selfies which clogs the whole room up. Very inefficient. Breakfast room needs another couple of tables as well.

The room and bathroom turned out to be very large. The bathroom had a shower, a corner bathtub and a bidet, so hygienic comfort on hot days was ensured for each of us at the same time. The room was divided into two spheres separated by sliding glass doors (opaque glass).The first part of the room is a living room with armchairs and a table, a work desk, TV and a mini bar. The second part of the room is a KING SIZE double bed, which, for example, parents with two children can sleep comfortably on. All rooms were meticulously clean! Breakfast included a huge number of varied dishes, including lactose-free and vegan products. There is even a machine that bakes pancakes and an autonomous trolley for dishes that drives between tables. The windows of the dining room are directly above the market square and in front of the Bartholomew's Church. A beautiful view of the entire market square is worth seeing, not only while having breakfast. In addition, the hotel has a rooftop restaurant on the top floor. There is also delicious food, perfect service and impeccable cleanliness.

the lighting in hotel corridors is not the best. It is worth considering replacing both light bulbs with ones that shine brighter and consume little energy (e.g. LED), and replacing chandeliers that probably date back to the 1970s. It is also worth considering replacing or renovating the entrance door to each room.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect and we loved the view from our room and from the roof top cafe. Our room was large and comfortable. Parking was convenient and fairly cheap. The staff were helpful and kind and we overall enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel (including room and restaurant) was a bit too warm and could benefit from having AC. In our room we did use the fan and had the windows open, but this summer has been particularly hot.

Our room had a balcony where we admired the magnificent main square. The staff was kind and polite. The room was clean and confortable, nothing fancy. The breakfast had the usual meals: bread, juice, cheese, sausages, yogurt, cereal, eggs, tea and coffee. Some parts of the building need an updating, but the location and price are the hotel's strenghts. There is also luggage storagge service without cost.

The only inconvenient was the noise from the terraza bar, we listened how people dragged the chair along the ground because we were on the fifth floor.

- Excellent attitudes of receptionists. Very welcoming. Clear communication in English. - Very nice breakfast buffet. Wide selections for vegetarians. Spacious, clean tables and seats with great city view. Two staffs supporting visitors. A robot collecting dishes after the meal. Overall, very well managed.

- Maybe occasional noises from the street during the night. But not extreme and not bothered our sleep.
