I was given an amazing room with a balcony that was more like an apartment then a hotel room. Plenty of storage space, good-sized bathroom with a window, huge bed, TV and desk-area with a fully stocked but not overpriced minibar plus a balcony that would fit 6 people. Loved my stay there, especially since it was fairly hot outside and the hotel is online a five minutes walk from the historic old town. I kept going back to take breaks from sightseeing, which was truly comforting. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is your average continental, served on the 6th floor, plus there is a bar in the lobby where you can get coffee/drinks/snacks 24/7.

Excellent option in Plzen. First of all the location is actually quite central with a short walk to the centre. Private parking is offered. The staff is very polite and even call you by your name. Breakfast was faboulous for Czeck Republic with rich variety on offer. Rooms are clean and spacious although a bit old fashioned - bathroom was very nice. I would say extremely good value for money.

The furniture and carpets are a bit run down, but for me this was no big deal when everything else was so nice.

The hostess was very nice and helpful. The location was great to get to the main square, about 6 minutes walk. The room was very clean. Tons of shops and restaurants all around and parking

The beds were a bit on the harder side and was kind of difficult to get a good night's rest.

The room.was big and spacious (family room), beds decently comfortable, 5-10 minute walk to the main sites. Both underground and yard carpark are very secure. Very accomodating staff. We couldn't check in early, but could leave our car in the secure parking after we checked out and could enjoy some more time in the city without having to worry about parking or parking rules. Breakfast is excellent!

Cups in the room and a bottle opener, but neither coffee making facilities not bottles to open. Minor quibble though, we ordered a couple of good coffees from the lobby instead which only cost about €0.60 each.

Hotel was 20 min walk from Plzen railway station. receptionist was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. WiFi worked well. Breakfast is from 7am but as there was a few of use with an early start they kindly organised a 6.30am breakfast. which was nice. baked beans and quality sausages. I would use again.

ROOM: The room was spacious and comfortable. BED: The bed was okay, comfortable and with pretty comfy pillows. BREAKFAST: The breakfast nice, with good selection of cold cuts, eggs, sausages, vegetables, juices. DESIGN AND SURROUNDINGS: The location was great for us, near the center and with a parking. COMMUNICATION: The staff was welcoming.

large, warm and clean room, spatious bathroom with bathtub, stuff is friendly, they gave us parking in the garage for free, breakfast was great. Location in the city center. Pet friendly ( 15€ per day).

Nothing special, everything was ok.

Reception boy does a professional job,very friendly and nice with very respectful behavior, the location is perfect. Parking is very secure, the room was spacious, big with a comfortable bed. Very convenient check-in and check-out as the front desk is 24/7. Wish I could stay longer!

The only thing missing was tea and coffee facilities.

Excellent location, exquisitely clean, funky retro style, very helpful staff, great breakfast, easy parking - what’s not to like?!

Can find no fault! (Well, the carpet was a bit worn in one spot but honestly that’s a minor point for a hotel like this.)

Good quality breakfast with hot and continental options. Friendly reception staff. Ideal location for exploring the city. Quiet room with view of the city.
