Great location which is a two minute walk from Pilsner Urquell brewery and a 10 minute walk from market square. There is a fantastic breakfast which is well worth the price. Customer service was excellent and different paid car parking options are available.

In the hotel bar the beer was expensive compared to other nearby locations (90 CZK for 0.4L). Do yourself a favour and stick to the beer served across the road in the on site bar/restaurant in the brewery which is infinitely better and considerably cheaper at 54 CZK plus it is a larger serving (0.5L). The brewery pub is open until 10pm.

Centrally located and modern hotel, with private parking garage. Room was nice, with a big bathroom w/nice shower. We had a room towards the back of the hotel, and we appreciated the quiet nights. Breakfast was good, and there is a nice (and cool, with working aircon) lobby bar for a snack or drink. Or you can walk across the footbridge over to Urquell brewery for a very local beer! The hotel is also within walking distance to old Plzeň, if you don’t hop on the tram which stops close to the hotel.

It was hot summer days when we were there, but unfortunately we couldn’t make the air condition in our room to work properly. So the nights were hot and a little uncomfortable. The receptionist noted our complaint, was not able to get this fixed on short notice.

Very friendly and smooth checkin process. Genuine friendly lady at the counter. Actually, the checkin counter is as well the bar (where they serve happily their famous local beers). Spacious room with nice views. Good spacious and modern bathrooms. Very quiet room. Very good breakfast with rather enormous selection of food. Very young but super friendly staff at breakfast. Joyful lively atmosphere in the lobby/bar.

Outside was totally packed with cars, so we were 'forced' to use the parking garage.

The staff are friendly, warm and efficient; the location is convenient for the main train station and only a short walk to the gorgeous city centre (Pilsner brewery and brewery museum are literally across the road - and those are a must for any tourist!). Comfortable and clean rooms and a great breakfast selection. We stayed in an executive room and got a welcome drink of our choice in the lovely hotel bar too. Will have a look at staying here again when we are next time in Plzen

Close to the Pilsner Urquell brewery and only 15 mins walk from the old town, this hotel served our purpose well as we travelled back from Poland to Switzerland. We got a room on the highest floor with had some view to the train station and was very quiet.

The check-in took us at least 45 mins. There were two rooms before us checking in but it took for each like 15-20 mins - the person at the reception was very slow. This was a bit a mood breaker.

Wonderful, helpful, and generally very nice staff – the receptionists and cleaning ladies! Nice, clean, well-sized rooms. Short walk to the city center and right across the brewery.

The water pressure on the 5th floor needs to be improved, plus the water changes temperature every second, so you're showering in freezing/normal/boiling water all at once. I didn't like that the mattress material is squeaky, so it's noisy when you're turning at night.

What a fantastic location near the river and at a very affordable price. We like to wake up to exercise in the mornings, so this was a perfect location for its easy access to the river for some gorgeous runs. It's a little further from the center than other hotels but we enjoy the walk. Wouldn't be ideal for people who want to walk out and right into a Plaza. Also, this hotel has an amazing breakfast buffet and great baristas for coffee. It's also really close to the Pils Brewery.

Food options in the area are limited to fast food, so expect to eat almost exclusively in the city center or at the hotel if you're looking for variety or healthy options.

We love the location, very near the Main train station and also near the city center. The Breakfast was very good and the staff there were very nice and polite. The staff also at the Reception were very helpful and kind. We enjoyed and appreciate the complimentary drinks on their bar/restaurant. The room was clean, the bed and bedsheet were nice, comfortable and clean.

The curtain in our room has an unusual design in a way that it doesn't cover the entire window.. it was like divided to 4 curtains and it is not sufficient to cover the rest of the visible window, which made me feel uncomfortable even if we where in the 4th floor. I don't feel 100% privacy. The aircon is almost not functioning. We could hear it work, but i really don't feel the effect of it.

Hotel in a good location, elevators. Comfortable bed, air conditioning. Everything was good at breakfast. The price surprised us, but we came across the celebration of liberation. The only reservation is about the lady at the reception, who did not want to accept payment at check-in due to the large number of people, but did accept a block on the credit card. Parking behind the hotel and a small parking lot under the hotel.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The location is tight next to the train station and a fee minutes walk from Pilsner beer factory. The amenities were comfortable, clean. The breakfast was one of the tastiest I had recently in hotels. The variety of offered dishes left our whole group satisfied.

The only two things I would improve is to have double beds instead of twins, at least to connect them for a soli traveler. And the shower was really small, it didn’t match all the greatness in the room.
