We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, which is ideally located. The private parking is a real advantage, though it would be even better with charging stations for electric cars. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well air-conditioned. The soundproofing is excellent; despite having a room overlooking the courtyard and the hotel being full of guests, we were not disturbed by any noise. The meals are hearty and reasonably priced, which is especially nice compared to the standards in Belgium.

The only downside we encountered was a misunderstanding at the reception: upon our arrival, the evening receptionist asked us to pay an extra fee for our 2-year-old daughter, even though Booking.com clearly stated that her stay was free. This was an unpleasant exchange, but the next morning, the main receptionist confirmed that our child was indeed staying for free, as initially agreed. It seems the confusion arose because our daughter is tall for her age, leading them to think we were trying to avoid paying, despite verifying her ID. Apart from this incident, our stay went very well, and we were satisfied with the overall services provided by the hotel.

Nice location in a quiet neighborhood of Plzen, 15 min driving from the center. Facilities and breakfast are ok, but no more than that.

Despite the fact that the hotel is located within the Brewery compound, there was no possibility to visit the factory during the weekdays, and no spa procedures were really suggested. There was a constant noise in a room, don' t know from which source. We got used to it eventually, but for other people who are more sensitive, it might be disturbing.

A super stop-over hotel for long European drives. About 10 minutes off the autoroute near Pilzen. Plenty of parking. Clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant and microbrewery. Two other restaurants within 50 meters (one a pizzeria). The hotel has a spa if that appeals to you (not on my list). An oasis of tranquillity and good value. Book in good time - it fills up.

Some bathrooms don't have a shower, only a shower head connected to the bath tap. Not ideal, but it won't stop me from staying again.

Everything over my expectations, from the hotel to the staff, to the associated restaurant and the morning breakfast. Everyghing GREAT and i took the chance to buy some of theyr hand crafted beers. what a great place to stay. I will surely take the changce to spend some more nights there as I weant use their Beer SPA and taste some of their beautiful local dishes. GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!

I really can't find anything which I did not like. The only little suggestion would be from me, to have some more shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.

The location was great, very nice staff, room was wonderful, delicious food in the restaurant. It was a great stay!

Just the parking in front of the hotel is always full, as there are many guest coming to the restaurant, and I think the parking spaces in front of the hotel should be priorly for the guest of the hotel. There is an extra parking lot in short walking distance from the hotel, but the surface of it is uneven for language on wheels , and that bothered me a bit.

Everything was excellent. Food at breakfast and the restaurant was wonderful. Location was perfect for us.

Wish they had a gym in the hotel.

Spacious room, comfy bed, friendly staff. Great brewery design, you can buy beer and liqueurs produced there, as well as brand clothing, glasses, and gadgets. Spa (we haven't visited but it looks nice). Breakfast buffet was fine with cold and hot food, and tasty coffee.

There could be an electric kettle in the room.

Lovely hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, pretty courtyard, helpful staff, wellness was fabulous. Lunch was great food and very good value. The beer brewed on-site was just sublime!

The included breakfast choice was a bit underwhelming, especially for vegetarians. No fruit juice, plain yoghurts only. Eggs, both scrambled and fried, were overcooked.

Room big enough for a couple. Nice restaurant and good breakfast. Bowling in the same place makes your stay more interesting.

We could not use the spa as it was already overbooked but also our fault as we did not book it in advance so nothing to complain about.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The integrated Spa is nice. The beer is fantastic and fresh. The integrated restaurant is excellent and offers also good lunch possibilities. The city of Plzen could easily be reached by bus.

There isn't much to do/see in walking distance.
