Great location near the historic centre. The room was actually a studio apartment, so fitted with a kitchen and balcony, which was great. Staff were very friendly, the breakfast was a good mixture of hot, cold, pastries and fruit, and someone was always around to help us with problems.

Towels were changed every day but nothing much else was cleaned and the floor was quite dirty, particularly under the bed. There was very little storage for belongings apart from in the kitchen.

The recipionist who's name was yanna was absolutely amazing and more than helpful

Not enough options for gluten free items we sent an email stating I am gluten free ( celiac ) was told they could cater for me but upon arrival they could only offer me bread and jam for the first few days then biscuits and brownies a small selection of gf meat and sausages would have been nice or some gf cereal I felt very let down when there was an excellent none gf items there

Modern hotel about 15 mins from main railway station and just a short distance from the city centre. The duplex room which contained a sitting area, 2 bedrooms and a massive bathroom over 2 floors was huge, really big size and great for a family of 4 with older teens. Great place to stay.

Very minor quibbles.... sofa in the sitting room (which doubles up as an extra bed) was not very comfortable to sit on. Despite huge size of bedrooms and bathrooms, surprisingly few places to put things on and also a lack of power points overall (there were just enough, but given the size of the rooms, less than expected). But very minor quibbles as was very happily surprised by the quality of this hotel.

Avenue Pallova 28 was a perfect place to stay for a few days in Pilsen! The hotel seemed brand new with the latest features one looks for in a hotel. The staff were very accommodating in answering questions we had and providing directions we needed. The hotel had convenient reasonably priced parking on-site and the location seemed safe with short walking distance to the old town. It is also only an 8 minute walk to the Pilsner Urquel brewery for a very informative tour of their facilities!

There were no shortcomings during our stay at this property!

Modern and clean. Receptionist gave us some useful info on a place to eat - which was very nice and only 5 minutes away on foot. Breakfast was plentiful

Parking was a bit strange, and had to get directions to hotel via the garage intercom. We happened across a space fortunately, as the garage was full. Room was too warm and no instructions in Czech or otherwise to operate air conditioning in room. Could have done with a bottle of water too.

Very nice hotel in Pilsen. Booked the hotel last minute on the way to Prague and what a nice surprise. Booked the cheapest option and it turned out to be a big one room apartment with access to a small private green space. Travelling with a dog this was perfect. As a treat we also received a water bowl, a blanket and some treats for the dog! The personnel at the reception was super friendly. And to make things even better we were able to park on the street in front of the hotel for free due to Easter holidays. The apartment is modern and well furnished.

The hotel I think is new! Everything looks clean and brand new. We usually stay at the other hotel across the park but gave this one a try. I can say it was a good decision. The hotel is very easy to find and the door to the reception is very inconspicuous. It will be right there in the corner as you enter the street from the main road. Make sure to park on the one vacant spot in front of the door. It is for check-in purposes only. The check in can be done online or in person. I suggest online as it will make for a faster transaction at the reception desk. The rooms are clean and spacious and has a small balcony. At least ours did. The room comes equipped with an AC and tea/coffee making facilities. The bed was on the firm side which what we prefer actually. Bathroom is spacious and squeaky clean and water pressure in the shower was great! Overall stay was great! Almost forgot! The breakfast buffet was fantastic!

It is not such a big deal but parking can be a challenge depending on the time and day. When we arrived on Friday afternoon the front street and basement parking was full. I had to park around the back at a public street parking between the hotel and the park. Parking on the street is free from Friday 19:00 until Sunday. I was able to move to the basement parking the next day and stayed there entire entire weekend.

Extremely spacious and comfortable rooms, very close to Plzen's Old City. A small, wonderful promenade starts right by the hotel.

Either the AC unit was wonky, or I was unable to figure out the controls, but I couldn't get the climate control to work. Had to leave it blasting cold air and switch off manually when the room got too cold. The location, while great, comes with the downsides: there's a football stadium on one side of the hotel, AND a concert venue on the other. Expect noisy evenings. Spacious balcony is non-smoking (but provides excellent audibility of the noisy neighbours in the next room). Water pressure in the shower was way below the comfortable threshold.

Excellent breakfast to start the day. Great location for the town and not too noisy unless you get a road facing room. The football stadium is across the road through the pedestrian tunnel and the brewery isn't much further.

My room was in the "other building" which was fine for my stay as the weather was lovely but could be a minor inconvenience if it's raining.

The rooms were lovely, clean and with all you could need. Modern TV's, bathrooms etc. Breakfast was superb - and plenty of it!!! The staff were friendly and nice. its really near the twon centre square and also the Pilsner Brewery (who do a great tour!)

Be careful that not all rooms have air-con! If its really hot you will need it so check. Also, the Hotel is not really a standout building. It has no prominent entrance and you can easily miss it at the top of some stairs leading to the local park!
