I traveled to the city by train from Prague for a football match. The hotel is directly across the road from the station so was a perfect start. The hotel is also less than a 10 minute walk from the football stadium so again was perfect. As far as sightseeing goes again the hotel is a few minute walk from the main square. Perfect location on all counts. Staff were friendly and answered all questions i asked.

Nothing. If i’m ever in Plzen again so will be using this hotel.

Location is very convenient for the main station; the hotel is just across the road. The hotel is behind a kebab shop, but it's really nice inside (and the kebab shop isn't bad either)! They gave me a suite, which for the money I paid (under 100 euros) was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep with no noise. There were a couple of bars further down the same street; the first one was a bit seedy, full of drunk locals, but the second one was much nicer (twice the price for a beer, but you get what you pay for).

Breakfast at weekends doesn't start until 08.00, so I was unable to partake. The room only had vertical Venetian blinds, so a bit of light came in. Fortunately I had an eye-mask with me, so that worked a treat.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were spacious, offering a lovely view. The hotel's location next to the railway station was incredibly convenient, making travel a breeze. It was just a short walk to the city center, perfect for exploring. The breakfast menu featured a decent selection of traditional Czech dishes, providing a nice start to the day.

The bed was a bit firm for my taste, but it wasn’t really an issue.

For those who travel by train the Hotel is at extremely convenient location right in front of the main train station of Plzen. It is walkable to city center and also to the brewery. The area was reasonably quiet considering trains and roads near by - I am a sensitive sleeper and I could sleep without ear plugs (but our windows faced the train station, the opposite side of hotel might have bigger issues with road noise). The room is large and bathtub was really big too. Bed was comfortable and there is plenty of storage room. The state of the equipment was good - reasonably modern and kept well. It was nice and clean wit comfortable carpet everywhere. The loby has a beautiful fish tank with corals and colourful fishes.

The unfolded couch for third person is a bit short (I'd guess about 190cm length) and not too comfortable (but did not cause any back pain for me so its ok). The area of bathtub had some water damage and black spots.

very friendly and helpful staff, speak good English, spacious relatively upgraded rooms, location is convenient and did Not hear the trains, but otherwise street very NOISY AROUND THE CLOCK - same people screaming for hours on the street and no police to question or stop them.

Also, the A/C is useless, low in the wall so non-efficient , the air coming out of it is Not cold, so you are forced to keep the windows open for cool air, but cannot get sleep because the street is so noisy. Inside the hotel - a drunk person came in the middle of the night and made noise for about 10 min in the hallway and no personnel asked him to get in his room.

All the staff where wonderful we ended up just talking to all of them for quite some time of our day which was great 😃 when we where leaving I could not figure out the train ticketing system the Lady Simona on the front desk actually came over to the station and spoke in Czech and purchased the tickets for us it was a very big relief from myself and my mother .Also the manager was the friendliest Woman in the whole city .

It is not really the hotels fault but the noise of the traffic was not great 😃

For only around 500 DKK a night, the value was incredible. This was one of the cheapest hotel rooms i have ever booked, yet also one of the biggest with the best locations. 2 minute walk from the main train station and 5-10 minutes from the city center. I will definetly consider this the next time i go to Plzen!

A very comfortable mid range hotel, right next to the station and a short walk to town and the Pilsner brewery. The hotel was smart and the room spacious. Breakfast was excellent.

One or two facilities missing, considering the price. e.g no chairs and only one electric socket.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the location was great, just opposite the main train station.

The shower in our room 401 was broken slightly so may need a repair.also at night it could get a bit lively outside , so don't chose if this would affect you.

Fantastic location just 200m from the train station. And if your destination is the magical factory... it is only 500m from there. Not only would I recommend others on a similar journey to stay there, but I would stay there again.

The "suite" had plenty of room for the group of guys we had. However, the bathroom was not private (in the hall - although there were no other rooms), small and a very tiny shower. Also, the heat was on by itself. It was late SEP so a little chilly outside, but the heat being on with control made us have to just vent it right out the window.
