Very clean, mondern and comfy apartment. Well equipped, we missed nothing. The location is also very good, near to the center. The parking place is in a secure inside area. The staff is very friendly, and eager to fulfill wishes (extended checkout was not a problem). Although we have some negatives, those are just a tiny minus compared how good this apartment is.

The noise insulation could be better, the neighbours can be heared well. Not too bad, so it was not disturbing, but on noticable level. What were disturbing: the beds. The beds in the sleeping room are so hard, like rock. I have problems with my back, so sleeping on the 1st day was a struggle. Then I switched to the cauch-bed in the living room, which was also somewhat stiff, but not that bad as in the sleeping room. It was noise though.

This was by far the best apartment we have stayed in. Clean, comfortable, well appointed and beautifully detailed. Its location is excellent with the old town and its abundant sights a short walk away. The hosts were attentive and most accommodating. We made good use of the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is really well equipped with crockery, glasses and a good range of cooking equipment. Even the kitchen knives are sharp and of good quality! A veritable home away from home!

Cozy and tidy apartment, very close to the city centre and to shops and markets. Staff is very helpful and friendly, they have been very kind with an early check-in and Hanka is a very nice person. I have particularly appreciated the availability of a coffe machine with enough capsules for the entire stay (and of a Pilsner Urquell bottle as well!).

Some noises of traffic from the street when you open the windows, but this is usually normal if you want to stay in the city centre and was not a big issue for me.

Right next to the city centre. Communication and self check-in check-out process was easy. The landlady was lovely.

A bit loud due to the busy road next to it, but it is worth it for the location. Read the description carefully, there are addittional costs which are usually included in the apartment base price, but not here.

New apartment, spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished. Very good Wi-Fi. Location was close to the city centre. Private, secure car park. There is a bakery and small convenience stores close by for groceries.

The apartment faced a main road so during hot weather it was noisy and you couldn't leave the windows open for fresh air in the evening. The fan and portable evaporative cooler were not up to the task providing comfort on hot days and nights. (30oC+). There were no instructions for the washing machine and it took a while to google how to use the machine. Also, it would have been nice to have a tourist map and some basic sightseeing information available.

Perfect location, close to the city center 10min. on foot, the tram station just in front of the apartment. Easy access by one-ride trollybus from the Pilsen main railway station. The grocery store and food store nearby. Drying rack for clothing was very convenient. They arranged for early check-in to our request, for which we appreciate their flexibility and assistance. The room faces the inner court and was very quiet. The communication with the staff after reservation was quick and clear. It was nice stay.

Very comfortable equipment, minimalistic and functional. We found everything we needed in the apartment. Terrace was large enough, and rooms were clean, light and very quite, as they were oriented to the inner courtyard,

Excellent location. Few meters away from transport, shops and restaurants. I loved the balcony and comfortable bed. Staff were ready to help with anything. Highly professional.

This is not a fancy appartment but it has EVERYTHING you need for a short stary: large enough, separate bedroom/living, a COMPLETE kitching, nice shower, waking distance to center, very nice owners/managers (left enough coffee pods to cover 2 people for 3 days, which is not very common).

Close to the Pilzeň center. Clean, spacious, well equipped, relatively quiet (next to the tram stop on a busy street) Walking distance to all stores (supermarket in Plzeň plaza)

The curtains don't block enough light, and the sun gets up early in summer... An extra shelf in the bathroom would also not have come amiss.
