Cosy room, very clean, enouph working place. Good, comfortable bed. Free WiFi, fast enough when it works, but sometimes it doesn't work (24th February, afternoon I can't connect with my notebook). Professional courteous staff. Excellent breakfast and good food in the restaurant. Large car parking. Good hotel, I can recommend this hotel, especially for business trip.

The room was free of any extra services and equipment: there was no drinking water, no kettle/coffee machine, no hygiene kit in the bathroom, no slippers. I think that for a hotel of this class all this should be provided in every room (even if the price is a bit higher).

We really appreciated the possibility of an earlier check-in. Convenient access by car and lots of parking spaces. The presence of the restaurant. And the swimming pool!

Talking about the swimming pool, pity about the late opening (10 am) and the early closing (6 pm). At this time of year it could/should be extended by two hours (8 am and 8 pm respectively). Also, no water on arrival in the room, nor tea/coffee making facilities. That is a pretty standard thing but not available here. The room was not cleaned either after the first night.

Great staff, sorted me a kettle out and softer pillow without question. Room was a good size, bath was enormous, with shower over. Breakfast buffet had hot and cold sections, and decent croissants. Had dinner in one night, good choices for a Sunday, pity lobby bar not open.

The beds across East Europe are very soft, which is then combined with hard large pillows, makes you sleep bent like a banana. This hotel helped with a squishy pillow, thanks.

The breakfast was the best so far of our 9 day road trip. It included a variety of meats and a choice of pastries including cinnamon apple doughnuts. The suite was also the biggest we have stayed in.

The room was corporate and the seats uncomfortable. Very hard seats, not suitable for sitting for any length of time. The jacuzzi bath shower fitting didn’t work properly. There was only one bath robe and slippers

Very large hotel, located in quiet outskirt area. Easy access from nearest highway. Wide parking for hotel guests. Large rooms, very clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice high level restaurant.

The worst pillows I ever had in hotel - they are large and flat. This is definitely what could be upgraded. I got at the time, when kids are celebrating graduating the school in the hotel's premises. Unfortunately, this spoiled impression - kids was noisy and loud, they were running hallways like elephants, loud music, somebody drunk yelling in the microphone... Total disaster all night long. I guess, hotel must decide - they are working for people, who are staying in hotel or at this night hotel for visitors is closed and kids are celebrating... But both together is impossible.

The view to the back garden was nice, we saw a hare and it was a well maintained garden, the breakfast was great, the staff was nice and welcoming.

The location has some homeless people around, it's not dozens but it's noticeable and their presence was noticeable as we came and went from the hotel.

there was a coffee machine in the room, but no bottled water. Tap water is not tasty. it tasted like chlorine. I would like to have a small water bottle with the coffee machine

The hotel was ok, but not more than that. The rooms are ok but not like extra nice.

I would not recommend the restaurant, the food isn't good. We were really disappointed with the plates we had. I recommend you change the menu, it's better to add in the menu the typical chicken with mashed potatoes then 'the experiences plates' the chef is trying to make.

The breakfast was the best! Great value for money when it comes to the location, food, and facilities. Also the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely come here again next year for the Metal Fest.

The only small thing was that the guys staying next door to us were talking really loudly in the mornings and the evenings. But overall, we got really good sleep and felt rested.

is was really wonderful cos personal speak many languages and not give idiots questions, super. I do spend there only one night but really room are clean, bath 🛁 so nice,there's free pool too. I recommend.
