Great location for this hotel. It is only a short walk to the square and cathedral. While slightly chaotic, the available parking was worth it because it was right next to the hotel. It was also secured at night. Check-in and check-out were a breeze with the helpful staff. The rooms was fine and comfortable. There was a minibar in ours that had some reasonably priced stuff. I did not take advantage of the minibar as the reception had a display and featured what I wanted. The breakfast was in a in a really nice room and had a pretty good variety of stuff to get us going.

While it did not bother us, there is a park right across the street that had a fair amount of activity. This activity did carry on well into the evening.

Loads of positives. Location and breakfast were fabulous. Main bed was very comfortable. Very quiet bedroom. Lovely bathroom and complimentary items. Very clean overall and helpful staff. Only stayed one night as driving through Europe so good sleep quality was important.

My husband ended up sleeping on the pull out bed (after my kids chose to sleep with me in the main bed...) and that, he said, was not that great. Would have been fine for kids though!

The location and size of the room were perfect.Parking onsite was safe, secure and convenient. The drinks in the mini fridge were very affordable and convenient. Staff were nice and had good customer service.

Breakfast was a bit lacking. It was nothing bad, just minimal. Next time we would pay for food in the city. It's affordable and has more options. The heat in the room was a bit challenging to figure out, but it was probably my own "user error".

This must be the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Czech Republic. Located centrally in Plzeň, yet in a very quiet location. The room was very comfortable, looks a bit old perhaps, but great sleep comfort! The staff was super friendly, provided me with an electric kettle for making tea, gave all the information I needed. Breakfast was OK.

There was no power socket near the bed. I went to a local electronics store to buy a power cord. Will take it with me wherever I travel now :D

The hotel is in a great and quiet location, close to the center and the old part of the city. There is a park in front of the hotel, which was great because we were with a dog. The room on the ground floor of the hotel was spacious and clean, the bed was huge. Also the bathroom in the room. The hotel has private parking for an additional fee. The breakfast was self-service and standard. I recommend.

The hotel is situated next to a small river and within easy walking distance of the town. The room was large with a spacious bathroom. Sadly the aircon wasn't working and we arrived in a heatwave but the hotel was fair and gave us a price reduction. The breakfast buffet was good.

Because the restaurant and bar is running only lunchtime weekdays would be nice to have small kettle in the rooms for hot drinks.

This is a slightly old fashioned hotel. Quite hard to find. Has a large car park. Room was dated and very hot, air con seemed to just blow warm air. Staff were good. Breakfast was pretty good.

It is all very dark brown. Bar was never open, just bottles if beer out of the fridge

Nice clean rooms. Great location close to the old town and not too far from the central station either. Very friendly staff.

There could be more breakfast options. There's also a road right next to the hotel and a park that is frequented by young people, so it might be loud at night. Not a big issue though.

The hotel was easy to find, only a 15 minute walk from the railway station (or you could take the tram) , and close to many of the sights of Plzen. Staff were friendly and helpful and check-in was simple. The breakfast was included, and was excellent in variety of choices and taste. It was available from the conveniently early time of 7:00am.

The bed mattress was slightly distorted, and there was some late-night noise from youths hanging out near the pond at the front of the hotel.
