This is in a pleasant leafy suburb of Plzen but easily accessible by car, and also apparently by bus and walking from the town centre. We enjoyed the view of grass, trees and birds flying from our room and shared terrace. There is a lift, and free parking on site. Staff were pleasant and had some English. Our en suite room was attractive and modern looking with access to a terrace running round 3 sides of the property ie shared and thus not private nor secure. The wide double bed was comfortable. Good storage space, The bathroom was a reasonable size, the shower good, if small and a bit slippery - but had a good grab rail. The a/c did not work at well the first and hot night but worked well the next night after the handyman had attended to it.

The small room safe was on the wardrobe floor at the back - not really easy to reach and use. The wifi was extremely slow, and which was especially unfortunate as the only TV programmes were all in Czech. BUT amazingly the only electric sockets were at the bottom of the headboard and set on sideways, plus on the bottom of the wall beyond the wide desk cum dressing table area, i.e. not easily reached by anyone and near impossible for older or disabled guests. So charging our electronic devices was a bit of a challenge! The bathroom had a couple of small unimportant broken bits off equipment which had not been mended or cleared away. See above about a/c

I liked the location, the behavior of the staff and new part of the hotel + garden. Fair price for value and free parking.

Very old room on 2. floor. I found out that there are probably renovated rooms on the 1. floor, but I lived in old and not very good looking room with some damages on the furniture and stains on the carpet.

A nice house, fully renovated with a beautiful and large bedroom on the 2. floor. Free and safe parking outside. It's about a 20min walk into the historic town, but that's a good compromise for a great value room as nice as this one. Friendly staff that spoke good english.

The room misses a kettle and some coffee. As heavy coffee drinkers we brought our own, so no problem for us. But it would be a nice addition.

Nice Hotel, free internal Parking, Breakfast good, Room Nice, staff very nice. Excellent position if like us you need to go to the University / Hospital. The Restaurant close at 9.30 but the hotel it´s in a good position in 1,5 km there are other restaurants/facilities (ie McDonald)

The only thing to be improved is the WIFI: very slow . To download 250 MB took ca 20 min . SpeedTest said 1,5 MB down load. We were in room 201 it was a little hot but it was a very hot day and in any case manageable.

We stop here regularly on our roadtrip. The room are exceptionally clean and breakfast are varied. The parking and reception open 24h is big plus. The hotel is not far from highway and approximately 30 min by walk to centre.

Hotel is a few minutes from highway (from Prague). It has parking and the restaurant with great food, especially traditional Czech meals. Rooms are spacious, with fridge, flapt screen and little office. Everything is exceptionaly clean. Hotel is 20 minutes walk from centre.

Skylights in the room do not have dark covers, the sunrise will wake you up.

I was able to check in earlier. Very friendly receptionist. Very nice, well equipped and clean rooms. The restaurant cook wonderful czech meals. Parking available without cost. I will come back for sure!

A wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable room and excellent staff who were so helpful and kind.

No kettle in room to prepare tea or coffee. Very little electricity sockets for charging

+ very good food at the restaurant + nice room and top located + polite staff and well organized + I loved the breakfast - they had fried eggs … I love that sunny side up
