Staff was very welcoming, the rooms were pretty big and clean. Breakfast was good!

It can get very noisy at night with people talking outside of your window. Sadly, the hot tubs weren't working! Was hoping to give them a try

It's a little uphill, so if you come by public transport, keep this in mind. It didn't bother us, but it should be mentioned.

We used a car to arrive to hotel, but it took us 5 stops with a tram to return back into the center and enjoy restaurant life :) Beds were very comfortable, a nice lake nearby is good place for relaxation. Microwave helped a lot to heat up the food for small child

There wasn’t a lot of choice for hot food at breakfast. The bathroom was big enough but there was a lack of shelves to put toiletries.

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were very clean and it was very good value for money.

Rooms a little dated, but having stayed in Czechia before we found this to be the norm.

We liked everything about this hotel! The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfy. We liked the bathtub in our bathroom very much! Furthermore, we booked the wellness centre and enjoyed it a lot! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location, well reachable by car, yet not far away from the center. Good view from the hotel room windows (indeed 'panorama'), well stocked minibar, large rooms and excellent breakfast.

Nothing in particular, but upon our arrival at 22:00 the room was a bit cold and heating was not on. But on the other hand, it was on New Year, the hotel was quite empty, the bedsheets were warm and heating resumed during the night.
