Location was in walking distance from the train station. Bus / tram routes were available with stops nearby, but we chose to walk the city. The old city, and Pilsner Brewery, were all in walkable distances. Plenty of cafe's, food stores and restaurants in the near vicinity. We had a room on the top floor. The window was very soundproof and we didn't hear any external noises. The spiral stair case was well lit.

External / remote check in process by a third party software system. There wasn't any ability to change check-in time, nor luggage storage for an early arrival, and to make the most of our time in Plzen.

It was fairly easy to find as I took about 30min to walk from the main railway station. Did find the key pad took some attempts to operate. My first impression was very favourable. Every thing was extremely clean. My only thing I would have liked wowould have been was some tubes of coffee. All in all a pleasant stay. Would I go again Yes.

Very good location. The check-in/check-out system is all digital and works well. The room is modern and still in good condition, with a large bed. Communication with the staff was easy.

One of the blind from a Velux window is broken (staff said they know about it and are waiting to receive a replacement part). No wardrobe and no hanger in the room to put shirts. Parking in front of the property is free only from 7PM to 7AM during the week, otherwise you have to pay 20 CZK per hour, or park approximately 250 meters away where parking is free.

Stunning apartment with a lovely bathroom, comfortable beds and a fridge. We arrived late but had the door code sent by text. Parking was on the street outside which was free between 7pm and 7am so we chose to leave the room early to avoid any charges and had breakfast at the nearby mcdonalds. We were not aware of a reception desk so didn't check in or out, what I hadn't realised was that booking.com hadn't charged my card and we needed to pay them. It does actually say this on their page but I booked so long ago I hadn't remembered. They sent me an invoice and I transferred the money when I got home.

We were on the top floor and we did struggle with our large suitcases up the stairs

The accommodation is very close to the center of the city ( 5 min 👣)and sightseeings as well, and to the central bus station🚌 ( 20 min👣). The apartment is absolutely perfect- clean, enough space for 3 people, nice outdoor furniture and the host Sarah is amazing and helpful person🙏🏽! Thank you a lot! ♥️

The bath towels smelled bad and we only had half a roll of toilet paper available for 2 days.

It was a cozy attic/room with a private bathroom with a shower, it had everything we expected it to have. 10-15 min walk to the center and it had a little shared garden where we could drink our morning coffee and cereal.

The bathroom pipes smelled a bit, mostly when the bathroom ventilation was on. We told the person in charge, and she said she'd get it checked.

Bed was really hard and not very comfortable. Would be good to have more than one roll of toilet paper in the room. New parking meters, and it looks like all parkings around the property are now paid parking.

We really like our room, especially the wooden beams. The wellness are and the little garden at the back of the property are a big plus. It is the perfect place to stay when visiting Plzen. Perfect location. And the communication with the property was excellent.

towels had a slightly weird smell. on the day of check-in I was informed that I was the only person who opted in for breakfast, so they asked if it's ok with me to not have any.i said ok and i was refunded so all was good, just a note of caution in case you really want breakfast :)
