Family friendly hotel with outstanding service. The bed was very comfy that you sure would get a good sleep. Our room was beside the elevator but we didn't hear any sound at all which I thought at first would be a problem but was not. Kids can enjoy the play area by breakfast room and the playground outside. We also enjoyed playing table tennis. Whirlpool is also nice even when it's cold outside. Breakfast has also a wide varieity. I like the walnut bread and you can put honey on it. It's yummy. Warm food also provided. Free shuttle to city is very convenient. It was really a pleasant stay. The personel were all nice and very helpful.

The shower was open that makes everything wet. It's good for people with disabilites though. Some parts of the room needs dusting. The mugs provided in the room was dirty and also the glass by the bathroom

Great staff members, great breakfast, the free parking, close to a huge supermarket, overall a good value for the price that we paid.

The distance to the center of Prague, for public transport you need to take a bus and change to the metro, or park your car at the metro station. That takes a while and in the winter time it's not so great. The free shuttle service of the hotel is limited for certain times of the day and for max 8 people so if someone booked it a head of you, you can't use it. Rooms could use a little update. But besides that it was a great stay.

Yes, I can't write this as there were many things we liked, the location of the hotel in terms of being able to see the rest of Prague and the distance to the airport. The staff are super nice, the beds are just so nice, the rooms are big and the bathrooms are nice and big, and you can go on like this. In addition to this, the hotel has its own fenced parking, fenced area with pole and spa bath and the best playground I have seen for children in a long time. It is only 15 minutes to the airport by taxi or 25 minutes to the center of Prague and if you use the bolt app, it costs about 50 local money to the airport and about 170 down to the city. But close to the hotel you have burger king, kfc, if you don't know if you like the local food. If you want to try something local without it having to cost a fortune, you can walk 200 meters to a large shopping center where they have restaurants with local dishes and will be around 150 local currency.

hmm there wasn't anything we didn't like as such, the fact is that what you could say you didn't like is that the hotels are outside the center and that it is close to a 1/3 shopping area on 1 side. 1/3 industrial area on the other side. 1/3 residential area. But is this what makes you actually in a relaxed area as the center of Prague is very stressful

The friendly and prompt staff to solve technical problems with the room. The attentive and friendly staff at the reception. The range of parking areas. The proximity to shopping malls and shuttle bus service to the underground station. The tasty breakfast. The variable room lighting setup.

Attention should be paid to the top of the door from the minibar (refrigerator) in the room, and the kettle's condition —present water from the previous guest should be checked.

The staff was really friendly and we loved all the facilities! While the location is not ideal, the free shuttlebus to the city centre was very practical. The swimming pool is lovely, so is the play garden for the kids. The breakfast is excellent as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other families.

There are no real restaurants in the neighbourhood (except for a burger king and KFC), the hotel itself does not provide dinner in the restaurant in the evening.

The staff was amazing! Always very thoughtful and helpful. Very considering. That was the best part. Also the rooms are nice and clean! Some shops and supermarkets are near and a free shuttle bus brings you in no time to the city centre. My car broke down when arriving at the hotel and everyone was so quick to help and facilitate in everything that was needed! We are very thankful.

A surprisingly lovely hotel. The room was clean and large with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast amazing with a lot of options and freshly made food. There was even a swimming pool that we didn't get to use due to lack of time. overall a great experience for a very good price

A bit far from the city center but the reception staff explained that there are buses which easily connect you to the city center.

Great hotel. Reception staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast good, pool great, plenty of sun beds. Hot tub a nice touch. Only hotel near Prague I could find that had an outside swimming pool. Prague can be reached by bus/metro but only around 200 korona by Uber, which we tended to use and takes around 20-25 minutes. We were there a week and enjoyed the hotel.

Don't expect 5* facilities such as air conditioning and a proper bar area (can get limited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at reception). Rooms a bit small but didn't bother us at all.

Hotel is very modern and in nice style. Reception staff can speak in Czech, Polish, English. WiFi is strong and available in all hotel area. Breakfast are delicious, many dishes to eat, good bread, strong coffee. Modern fitness machines (bicycles, treadmill), table for ping-pong and darts for free. Big terrace with lots of sunbeds, nice swimming pool and jacuzzi available between 7 a.m to 10 p.m. Big free and monitored parking. Close to bus stops (with good connections, trip to the center of Prague takes less than 40 minutes - with pid litacka application you can buy ticket online) Globus hipermarket, and KFC. Room (elegant with mirrors anywhere - ideal for couples which have anniversary or other romantic occasion) was equipped for coffee, tea and electric kettle, fridge, safe (enough for 14 inch laptop), big TV (with hdmi cable to connect other device) opposite to the bed, large, comfortable bed and big bathroom with small shower cabinet.

No air condition in the room - when is hot outside in the room is hot too (even you use outside roller shutters which reflect the sun beam).

reception quickly resolved the problem with the room decoration free of charge and complimentary drink. spa facilities and swimming pool. room mirrors and lighting looks great hotel if you have kids.

It would be great to have air conditioning. They forgot the decorations what nearly ruined my surprise.
