Very helpful front desk staff, especially the gentleman with the beard. Lots of information was available on English which was great. Breakfast was good quality and open until 10:30. We bought glasses of wine in the bar to take to our room / balcony to drink. The bathroom was spacious and well designed. Providing robes and towels for the spa was great.

I was surprised that there was only a €1 discount on the spa entrance fee of you were a guest at the hotel. Loud banging on the door early in the morning asking to clean the room (no “do not disturb” notice to use).

Room was adequate, not large but not bad. Comfortable bed, mid to good wifi, TV with plenty of channels, very nice balcony with table/chairs, big bathroom and free parking. Very nice staff that spoke english like it was their primary launguage- kudos. Better then average breakfast, enjoyed breakfast. Therme is attached to hotel via lift/hallway, super nice. The draw is the salt pool, very good for the skin and fun to float in. Wife and I really enjoyed the spa/sauna/pools albeit the hourly aufgus folks were super average, but no complaints here- any aufgus is a good aufgus. Windsheim is a fun town to visit, enjoyed our stay here.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept very clean. They keep the whole place so clean that it seems new. The breakfast is excellent with many choices.

As an American I am used to having a top sheet on my bed. There were a few times when the blanket that was provided was too hot and I needed something lighter.

Bad Windsheim is a charming town. It took us a bit of roaming to find the hotel but it was well worth it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide little surprises like chocolate Santas on the pillows. The room was huge and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast is extensive and delicious. The bar which also serves fare like pizza is great.

Very nice hotel in perfect location right next to the thermal baths. The service is fantastic and staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious and sparkling clean. The facilities are very nice and even have a walkway to and entrance into the thermal baths. Breakfast is exceptionally good. There are several nice touches, such as a spa bag that you can rent for free, including Sauna towels and a bathrobe, a really nice late check-out option until 6:00pm, or the bottle of water for our drive home after checking out. Overall a superb experience.

There's nothing that could have been better to improve our stay. One small thing to note for the cleaning staff: It's very nice to have a fan in the hotel room for hotter days, but it would be great if the fan blades could be dusted every once in a while. Our fan's blades were somewhat dusty, which would have made it messy to use it if we had needed it (it wasn't that hot luckily).

The hotel is better than BEST. The breakfast variety was good. The bed is very comfortable. Too bad that I only have a short stay there. I would like to come back and stay more nights.
