The room was cold during my stay, and despite adjusting the thermostat, it didn’t seem to make a difference. It was difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep because of how chilly it was.

The hotel is great (well located, good facilities, good staff), and the room was very comfortable. Overall it was mostly up to the standard I'd expect.

The cleanliness of the room could've been better. Staff only comes in every few days, and when they did, a few things happened: - didn't replace with new coffee, even though i only had 2 left - didn't add new toilet paper, and the replacement one looked very old - glasses didn't look the cleanest - bathtub was a bit old and clogged easily I also found the bathtub impractical. The shower head had a very awkward angle when put on a stand, so it was hard not to get water everywhere.

Location was good. Room was comfortable, modern and clean. At night I could hear the peeping of the traffic lights outside of the hotel which was a little irritating when trying to sleep. Breakfast was very good. Car park was under the hotel and could be accessed via the lift.

The cost of the car parking was quite high. 22€/24hrs. I oversaw this and thought that the parking was included in the cost of the room which was a little disappointing but entirely my fault. Also the access ramps in the car park are quite narrow; ok for a small saloon such as a 3 series BMW but larger cars will find it difficult to park without catching the wheels on the curbs.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Comfortable bed. Bathrooms are a bit ‘old’ but functional and clean. The staff is very helpful and kind, the location of the hotel is central and close to bus, metro and the railway station.

Breakfast was not bad. In fact, it was quite rich and varied. But frankly too expensive. 27 euros for a breakfast really seems overpriced to me. Otherwise, I don't have much to add. The stay was pleasant

Location is perfect, just opposite form Bochum Hauptbanhof and a few minutes walk from Bermuda3eck where all the bars, cafes and funs is. From there you can easily go to Ratthaus where all the shops are. It's an ideal place to stay in donwtown Bochum. I stayed in a single room that was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It was on the 11th floor and had a nice view of the city. The bed was perfect and large. The personel was very helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel moved the breakfast from weekend to weekdays one hour earlier without anyone warning me about it. Unfortunately I missed the breakfast on a Monday because nobody let me know about the breakfast time change.

The coffee maker plus coffee and the practical layout of the room and bathroom.

Shampoo was out and I noticed this too late to tell anyone. The synthetic bed cover and the watertight mattress protection leaves you sweating at night. This may be hygienic, but it is not comfortable at all.

Great hotel right in the centre next to the train station, quiet and family friendly ( without asking they had a cot ready for our grandchild) , free refillable water station, fresh fruit and croissants all day, and room to play card games with the kids, we were pleasantly surprised how good it was

Some of the lift in the hotel were not available for customer at certain period of the daythough it was operational. Access to car parking at the basement could have made better from with in the hotel.

Lovely clean rooms and an amazing breakfast. The barman kindly created Cosmopolitan cocktails for us on arrival which was lovely.

The bar/lounge area is closed during the day - we got back about 3.30 to have a drink but it doesn’t open until 5pm - weird concept!

Convenient, clean hotel with a good breakfast!

Two things: First, if you get a room facing the street, you can still hear the beeping of the crosswalk signal in front through the window. They need better insulated windows. Second, the pillows were not very nice and they only give you one. Compared to some hotels with several nice big soft pillows, these were not very comfortable.
