The location of the hotel is great: Just about a 10 minute walk into town and about a 25 minute walk from the train station. We know the Hampton Inn from the US, so were expecting to find similar accommodations and comfort. We were not disappointed.

The breakfast buffet is quite large with a variety of items, however, there are very few vegan and organic options. Also, very unfortunately, we found some buffet items to be cold as they are only placed under a heat lamp. This is something that could be improved upon.

When we arrived late at night after a long drive, tired and looking dorward to go to bed immediately, our son’s sofabed wasn’t made and no bedding was provided even though we had booked a triple room. We asked for bedding in the reception, waited for half an hour without anything happening and then had to go down to the reception again (not possible to phone from the room) ro ask once more. Some hooks or bars for drying towels would be really nice in the otherwise well eqipped bathroom

The rooms are very nice with a good bed and a very nice bathroom.

The breakfast area was WAY too small for the amount of guests. This should without a doubt be upgraded to a more comfortable area were everybody has a space which was not the case when we were there. Also the charging facility (4x) wasn’t accessible because 3 of the 3 spaces were occupied by car that weren’t charging and weren’t even electric cars. The reception lady said that they tell every guest to not park there but this is a lie because this wasn’t told to us when we checked in. As a suggestion to not have charging spots being used as parking spots. You could easily hang a red and white chain to make it clear to not park. Give the people that want to charge the key for the chain so they can charge.

The hotel is located at the quiet periphery of the city center. It's a modern, well-serviced accommodation with lots of amenities (gym!) and very friendly service people! The room had some tasteful furniture, a very big TV screen, a nice couch - easy to feel good there. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary (e.g., you could prepare waffles for breakfast). All in all: a super deal (we have to use the word "deal" now more often!)!

This place is in a great location, next to a main parking deck with low day rate, and in walking distance to the old city center where you find everything one can ask for. Friendly and helpful staff in all departments.

The hotel was fully booked on new year’s eve so on new year’s day the staff seemed a little overwhelmed with the amount of work. But they solved everything easily!

Rooms are nice, beds are very comfy, clean fresh towels, little fridge and kettle, tea and coffee in the room, big TV, nice bathroom, awesome breakfast, good parking around, you can easily walk into the city center, close to the gym hall, there is a public swimming pool close by

There are not much options to hang up your towels, clothes or bathroom things in the bathroom and the room

Just opened and everything is new, shiny and modern, staff is very friendly and helpful - great to stay for a weekend or for a few days sightseeing or exploring the nature / lakes around the city. Parking is still for free, even though it might change soon.

Staff are relatively new and were a bit overwhelmed with keeping the breakfast buffet running, but hey, not harm or not really bad. Just a minor thing, so a 10 instead of a 10 plus.

Everything ,it was very clean.The staff where excellent, friendly and helpful.Good location, modern and nice decor.The breakfast was good plenty to choose from.Very busy but worth having.The lifts where good as you needed your key card to work. The safe in the room was easy to use.

Nothing all good , apart from maybe a chair in the room instead of the stool.

A good bed, a quiet room, excellent shower, clean, great breakfast with everything you need, friendly excellent location, excellent parking lot. It was my second stay. I was there the first week they opened and it was good already. Now everything has still improved and all are worked in now.

There was everything that you would exprct from a modern and new hotel. The parking was good with wide bays for even the large SUV`s. The staff were friendly and efficient. The internet was fast. THe breakfast was exceptional for this class of hotel.

The shower head in the bathroom could have been a lot higher. I am by no means tall, but to use the shower head properly, you need to be about 1m 50cm tall.
