This hotel was a little off our route but it seemed good value for money on the website and it most certainly was! On arrival we were unable to park in the rear car park (we arrived quite late at night) but the reception staff said it would be OK and safe enough parked in the street. Reception - we required 24hr reception and this can often be hit or miss but on this occasion the reception was great! There was a young Tunisian woman working at the time but unfortunately my friend and I did not get her name. She was extremely helpful, charming, positive and professional. She even opened the bar for us to get a beer to help us sleep! The room was very comfortable with a great mattress and my friend and I both ad a great night sleep in our respective rooms. The bathroom facilities were also very good and the shower was powerful which I always prefer. The next morning we were allocated a slot fir breakfast which was really useful and a good system to ensure best use of the dining room. The food was plentiful and delicious. Once again great staff and cleanliness in the diing room.

I can't think of anything I did not like about this hotel!!!

They had bikes for rent for just 9€ for half a day (12h). A group of supermarkets and bakeries is just nearby. The bike ride along the Elbe River was very nice.

I requested a double bed and got two single beds next to each other. The parking places behind the hotel and in the underground parking lot are limited and not enough for all the guests. At least in front there is enough space to unload and I luckily always got a spot on the street around the corner. (Only a small dislike) The WiFi speed was very very slow even in our room next to the reception.

The hotel is reachable via Tramline and is a short walk form the station. The rooms are spacious and clean. The Cleanliness across was really good. Check in and Checkout process was a breeze.

The WiFi is horrible. I could not even open my E-Mail on cellphone. I had to use mobile data extensively, Which in Germany does not come cheap.

Hotel is located in the suburbs of Dresden. The area is quiet with supermarket and small shops close by. Tram and bus stop only 5-10 min away from hotel connecting to city center and central train station. Room was good size and comfortable. Beds were comfortable.

There was a little window besides the main window without any curtains or blackout system, meaning that it gets very bright in the room early in the morning (even before 5am depending on the time of the year). It can be disturbing for sleeping for some people.

I had a pleasant one-night stay at this hotel during my road trip. The availability of free street parking and a 24-hour reception were fantastic features, especially as we were traveling with a 2-year-old. The peaceful location added to the positive experience.

I found the breakfast pricing a bit steep, with a value for money score of 6 out of 10.

Clean, comfy beds, unlimited breakfast with good selection of food , the chef was able to cook my favourite breakfast- fried eggs with springs , despite the fact that the dish wasn’t on the manu

The hotel is in the uptown in a calm residential area. You can park for free. The rooms were OK. You can reach the tram with a 5 min walk.

The furniture was a bit outdated but still acceptable. There is no fridge in the room.

Great breakfast buffet, cleaned rooms and nice position (5 Min by walking to the tram stop).

I didn't like check-in was possible at 3pm and check-out at 11am. I was there for 1 night and I don't find it quiet right to check-in just in the afternoon.
